We had an excellent experience with Benchmark from beginning to end. The property was exactly as advertised and well maintained. The location in Sea Grove is perfect for beach going, shopping or nature walking. Benchmark's communication was flawless and covered all aspects concerning the rental agreement, payment, and vacation insurance options. We really had a great time. Great Short Term Condo

We needed two nights in Seagrove and came upon this condo. Absolutely one of the greatest deals we’ve come across. We look forward to coming back next year for a longer visit. Would have loved an interactive tv in the living room but enjoyed one in the bedroom. Great spot, close access to the beach and all amenities in the area.

Great location. Very close to the beach. It was well appointed. Just the right amount of beachiness to feel on vacation but not over done. It was not a large condo, but was comfortable 2. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

The condo was really clean and decorated really nicely. It sleeps our family of 4 comfortably (king size bed and the pull out couch). It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to the beach. And the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our family vacation there.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the easy walk to the beach (took less than 4.5 minutes-we timed it). We were also within walking distance of a couple of places to eat and shop.

Lighting in unit was poor, needs ceiling can lighting, more lamps. Owners need to rethink how unit is equipped for rental. Lacking, sparse on most items.

Beautiful Condo at a Fabulous Beach

This was our first time staying at this property and first time staying at Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was spacious for the two of us and very clean. The property is not directly on the beach, but the beach was only a short walk away. The condo has a nice, large balcony that we enjoyed each day. Additionally, we liked that the door to the unit was a key pad so there was no physical key to keep up with. We would definitely stay her again!

Our trip and stay in 8H Beachwood Villas overall was good. We had issues with the tv in the living area that weren’t corrected while we were there, but besides that it was ok. Our other sticking point was that the tv in the bedroom only played a dvd. We like to watch tv right before going to sleep so that was annoying. Everything is not about tv, but after you’ve been biking, running and staying out most of the day, it’s nice to have working TVs for a couple of hours. Besides all of the aforementioned we had a good time and the location is ideal! Great for the cost!

This is a great location for not being beach front. It is short walk to the beach. A convenient store right beside complex if you forgot something. Not very crowded. Nice pool areas. Seemed more like a residential community than rental complex. Great value!

Mom and daughter get away from Billingsley, AL. and Nashville, TN. Spent the week sharing a few laughs, glasses of wine, and quality girl time! The condo was the perfect place to relax and escape from our busy lifestyles. Family of 4 visiting from Kentucky. Very clean and comfortable condo. We have stayed at many villas here and this by far is the cleanest and has the cutest decor. Some great places we enjoyed to eat are Seagrove Market Cafe, Shrimp Shack, Pickles, Hurricane. We also enjoyed fresh shrimp steamed and seasoned at Goatfeathers. We will definitely be back!

This condo was awesome for our spring break trip!!! The pull out couch was AMAZING as well as the bedroom mattress. Loved the location - perfect for a day at the beach, a bike ride to Seaside, Rosemary, etc. The balcony is very pleasant during the day or at night. A very homey and welcoming place! An impromptu spring break trip lead us to your wonderful condo. We found it a pleasant place to rest our heads - affordable and lovely. The location is ideal because it is walking distance to most restaurants and most importantly, the beach. Even though it has close proximity to 30A, Beachwood Villas is a very quiet property. It was pleasant and very comfortable. We look forward to visiting in the future! FYI, if you don't want to carry your items across to the beach and avoid the noise from a condo being built nearby - go drive a short distance to Bramble Grove Place (right out of complex and on the left). Nice public access with showers/restrooms. Great time!!
