Our group of five (two moms; three teens) was comfortable here for our spring break stay. The condo was immaculately clean upon check-in. We did not spend much time in the condo because we were busy with activities around the area. It is convenient but still far enough away from the crowds that it is a little quieter. Recommend the location and the condo.

Unit was very convenient to beach! Everything was great in the unit except for the lack of a dresser or at least shelves in the guest room.

Good week on the beach

Need to update the WIFI, it was spotty at best. Never did connect to my units WiFi. Used another units WiFi all week.
The utility closet in my unit needs cleaned desperately. I had to use the broom from the closet.
Very nice unit.

The Best Week!

We had such a great time. The unit was perfect for the four of us. We had family staying across from us in 612 and it was the perfect size and location for us to all gather for meals and to hang out. Super close to the beach as well as the pool. We rented a golf cart through Vacayzen (highly recommend) and were able to drive it to town and around to different activities. We will definitely be back.

The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach was easy to access (especially with the golf cart service) and meets up with a neat area of pooled water between the gulf and Eastern Lake that was great for little ones to splash around in without waves to worry about.

The unit is very close to the beach. A 2 minute walk or less. That makes up for the overall tired appearance of the unit. The rugs should be replaced or disgarded. If proximity to the beach is most important, this place is hard to beat for the price.

Social distancing at the beach!!

The rental was just what we needed what my mother's 95th birthday beach getaway- first floor -easy beach access! No problems with the unit except there were no hangers in the closet. Did not go out to eat to prevent contact with the virus. Bought local seafood and cooked in. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The beach was perfect- not crowded so easily able to keep the recommended 6 foot separation. Might want to provide extra toilet paper and sanitizing agents during the pandemic as none of these items were available.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very comfortable. And very well furnished. Liked the location off the beaten path of 30A.
Very clean condo and complex.
We did have noisy and heavy walkers upstairs but we enjoyed our weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside Villas. We especially liked the close proximity to the beach. Loved our meals at Hurricane Oyster Bar and Grill and The Pearl Restaurant inside. Loved Michael, the piano player. Garrett Realty did an awesome job on service.
