Everything the write up said was accurate, clean, openness, great ocean/beach decorations and what a site from our two back glass sliding doors - the Gulf! I really liked all of the communication sent prior to our stay. We had no problems setting up our home for the week. Will definitely return!

absolutely loved this property! the location was amazing, beachfront and beach view from every room and the property was well kept and very quiet. it was the perfect getaway with my husband for our baby moon. wish we could stay here forever! will def be coming back in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this condo rental. The view was beautiful and the unit was very clean and spacious. It was very close to shopping and other activities for our group. The management company checked in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Two restful weeks

We have rented a condo through Benchmark every time we have gone to Seagrove and have never been disappointed. They communicate clearly and we knew exactly what to expect. One suggestion: install more towel bars and/or hooks in the bathroom for towels. There were two of us and we still had to drape wet towels over an indoor door.

For a last minute getaway, it was perfect for 2. It was nicely decorated and spotless clean. The building is a little bit outdated but a great location. You are right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The condo was adorable. It had everything we needed. The best part was the view and listening to the waves crash from the bedroom... even with the doors closed. Really cute place and even better location. Walking distance from great restaurants, too.
