Overall, great location. Room was dirty, sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain. Shower had sand in it. Moldy ceiling that needs to be repainted.

Uncommon highrise on 30A

This was our 4th stay at Beachcrest. We love that it is right on the gulf and has complimentary umbrella and chairs set up on the beach. Our unit however needs some TLC. The master shower doors aren't working properly and we had trouble with our keypad on the front door. Our biggest disappointment was when our A/C stopped working on our last night. We called it into the after hours number but never got a call until the next morning. And that call was as we were leaving and only asking if our issue had been resolved. At that time I asked to speak with a property manager and was told they would reach out via email. At this time, I have yet to talk to anyone. I've never had any problems our previous stays at Beachcrest but I am not sure if I will be back.

Not the up Benchmark Standards

We always enjoy the stay but the condo was not up to Benchmark standards. My parents, Michael and Linda Bryant have leased from Benchmark (Garrett Realty) for years. This condo fell short of the standards to which we are accustomed. Vents were filthy, paint was dirty and/or missing. Many plugs through out the house did not have enough tension to hold the prongs, the kitchen was pitifully stocked. The overall condition just felt dirty.

Not the best

The condo was pleasantly decorated and the bed were comfortable. It was not particularly clean. The front loading washer emitted a terrible smell because it had not been attended to properly. I spent quite some time cleaning it just so it could be used, however the smell continued making the condo smell quite nasty. The master bath is in need of an upgrade.

Great view! Everything worked & no issues with appliances. The cleaning crew between check-ins could do a better job - the floors & stove were so dirty! That's the only negative from us. Overall a great place to stay.

I know this is the high rental season, but our unit was poorly stocked. No hairdryer, one wine glass, etc. This is more of suggestion than being critical.

We loved our stay at BeachCrest 504! The location was perfect-we rode our bikes everywhere and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The property was clean and roomy - We have found our new family summer tradition -we will be back next year!

This property is great! The particular unit (504) is exceptional. The staff at this facility is very kind and helpful. Even when my motorcycle battery died one of the workers came out to help me jumpstart it and would not quit until we got her going! Great place; you will enjoy your visit.

The furnishing in the second bedroom could stand updating to be more functional.
The many artificial arrangements and other decorative items have become dusty and broken over time.
Some of the lamp switches need repair/replacement.

The condo was on the 5th floor. Balconies off the master and living room. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was well equiped with the necessary needed.

This was our second trip to Seagrove and everything was wonderful. Our view was amazing and Beachcrest 504 was a wonderful unit. The only complaint we have was that it would have been nice to have a guide for the TV but other than that it was another wonder stay in the Gulf.

Unbelievable Vacation!

This has been an absolutely, UNBELIEVABLE vacation! 504 was absolutely perfect! We were conveniently located near the elevator, near the door to the pool, short walk to the parking area, and an incredible view! The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. The condo itself had everything we needed for a home away from home. I can't thank you enough for this fabulous vacation experience! I would like to highly recommended that you add the restaurant, Eat My Pasty, to your list of restaurants. It's a British pub in PCB which is terrific! We loved it so much, we ate there 3 times in one week! !!
