2)There were no instructions and we requested some for the remote for either TV in master bedroom or living area. There was no remote for TV in second bedroom.

Beautiful Beach. Few people around. Clear and Chilly weather. Condo is in need of updating.Everything felt like it was near the end of its useful life. For the price, I would think the unit could be better maintained. I suppose it is just a "cash cow" for the owners.

The condo had a lovely view but was not well equipped. It was clean but not spotless and the beds and bed linens were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a good value for the price.

Our condo worked for us.
Although the condo, itself, could use some updates, we had a perfect location and comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the plates and utensils we needed and management was attentive and asked several times if we needed anything

Wonderful vacation

The view overlooking the beach is beautiful. The location is great allowing walking to a few restaurants, donuts and ice cream! There is also a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The Publix is a short drive away. The condo was very clean and has the usual kitchen supplies. We had an issue with the TV and maintenances fixed it right away. I would suggest getting a new window treatment for the sliding door to the balcony as it does not close properly. We enjoyed having breakfast everyday on the balcony looking at the gulf. The reservations, arrival and checkout were all convenient and smooth. The Vacayzen credit worked out well for us to rent bikes. Would highly recommend this condo!

THIRD TIME AT BEACHCREST403.

THIS WAS MY THIRD TIME RENTING 403 THROUGH BENCHMARK. MY STAY WAS GREAT. THE CONDO WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND HAD ALL THE NEEDED ITEMS FOR DINING AND SLEEPING. THE FOURTH FLOOR HAS A GOOD VIEW OF THE BEACH.
MY TWO ISSUES WERE: PARKING AND CHAIR/UMBRELLA. I GOT TO THE CONDO ON SATURDAY THE FOURTH, AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE PARKING SLOT LEFT, WHICH BY LUCK, I GOT.
I WENT DOWN TO THE BEACH 30MINUTES BEFORE 9:00 OCLOCK ON SUNDAY, AND MANY OF THE CHAIRS WERE TAKEN WITH TOWELS AND TOYS BUT NO PEOPLE. SO MUCH FOR THE SIGN THAT SAYS NOT TO MARK YOUR TERRITORY BEFORE 9:00 OCLOCK. (I KNOW THIS IS HARD TO POLICE, I JUST WANTED TO MAKE A POINT)
I WILL BE RETURNING TO BEACHCREST NEXT SUMMER.
I HAVE RENTED CONDOS FROM GARRETT/BENCHMARK FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH.

Wow, we were blown away by your positive words, and we appreciate the time you took to write such a detailed review! Beachcrest 403 is an amazing unit overlooking the gulf. We are sorry to hear you ran into a few difficulties during your stay. Every guest is allotted parking for two vehicles at Beachcrest. However, we know people don't always adhere to the rules. As a suggestion, you are welcome to park on the gravel by our office if you ever run into this problem again. You get a complimentary beach service for two chairs and one umbrella starting 9 AM - 5 PM. This service cannot be reserved and is done on a first-come, first-served basis. We always recommend getting down a little early so you can get a good spot on the beach before it gets crowded. We are happy you loved it so much, you want to return. Your continued support is what keeps us going and we could not be more grateful.

More Than I Could Imagine or Dream...

I've never felt so welcomed and so at home from the moment I stepped through the front door. Wow! loved this beautifully decorated beach home that was so very, very, very clean! Loved the comfy bed and spacious shower in the master bed and bath. The Amazing views from the balcony were refreshing and beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset with the sun reflecting thru the beautiful palm leaves. Wow breathless! Loved being able to walk to Mi Casita Mexican Grill, (so very, very good) and so very close to the Condo and biking to the Barefoot BBQ in Seaside. So much fun and so delicious! Enjoyed biking barefoot and on the path to the different beaches and towns! Everyone here is so friendly and All the staff on site and everyone I talked with to make our reservation with were always so very kind and so very helpful! Most of all just Loved camping out on this most beautiful beach each day and wading in the warm waves and enjoying some cheesecake while sitting in the sand at sunset! Yes I would most definitely recommend this property to a friend! Thank you for a most Treasured week!

Beach Trip!

Love the location; our 3rd visit to this property. Jimmy at the beach chair station is awesome and provides great customer service! This particular unit needs some update/painting/etc. It's still a good hangout but we stayed in the unit once before about a year ago and it's had some wear and tear. We stayed in another unit in this complex that was much nicer and more up to date. Would still stay here again but would like to see some updates, cosmetic improvements, etc. Needs new mattress for master bed...sinks and not really that comfortable.

Great Vacation

Our vacation was great! The location of the property is close to Seaside and other small communities on 30A. We enjoyed the room and our view from the balcony (even though there is a Palm Tree right outside, depending on where you are sitting it only blocks a small % of your view at that moment). The furniture on the balcony was nice to have a meal or to just have some time alone. The condo itself was nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed for our beach vacation.
The pool was cleaned everyday and the surrounding area was well maintained. The two beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the room is always amazing! It is nice not trying to get down to the beach to set up your own umbrella and chairs or tent for the day. The beach in front of the property was always kept clean.
The two gas grills is a nice touch. There are also two tables with umbrellas to sit at and eat if you wish.
The Benchmark company that we booked this property through was very professional and helpful. I have never had an issue with them.
I would and have already recommended this property to others as a place to stay. We will definitely rent from this property again.
