Beautiful Condo/Great View

I went for a girls get away. Beautiful condo with a great view. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. The only issue was the trash can in the kitchen was broken and there was a note on the trashcan to explain how to fix it. At this price point, the management company just needs to buy a new trashcan.
Only other issue is there is no smart TV in the main living area. The cable channels are extremely limited. There is a note to rent DVDS or bring your own. Again, at this price point, there needs to be a smart TV so guests can just connect to their own subscription services such as Netflix, Prime, ect.
Other than these two issues. It was a wonderful few days. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Chairs were set up every morning by 9am. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Every year we vacation in Seagrove, we stay here. We love it. I did notice this year that there are several opportunities in small details that are being overlooked. The bathroom cabinets were very dusty, bathroom decor was dusty, baseboards dirty. All the lightbulbs mismatched, kitchen garbage can broken. If I'm paying a cleaning fee, it needs to be CLEAN.

Homey Condo with Beautiful View

This condo was wonderful for us. It was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. While I agree the prior reviews that the couch could be replaced or cleaned, it was not nearly as bad as I expected. I loved the little boxes of toiletries and kitchen supplies. They had extra blankets in the closets. We enjoyed the tall table and chairs on the porch. The building itself is pretty old looking, but the condo has been renovated and looked great. We had a great time! We especially loved the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. It is pretty close to the trash shoot and elevators. No one else was there when we were so it wasn’t an issue, but something to be aware of if those sounds would bother you.

Beachcrest Unit 1204

This was our first time to stay at Beachcrest and we enjoyed the property very much. The property was well maintained and the 12th floor view was fantastic. However the furniture in Unit 1204 needs attention. The cream sofa is very worn and dirty and seams are splitting on a cushion. We didn’t want to sit on it so we covered it with a blanket. Unfortunately, this dirty sofa has been reported previously and the owners of the unit have not addressed it. The fabric on the dining chairs is also dirty. Overall, the experience was good. We would stay at Beachcrest again but probably not this unit unless changes are made.

Perfect Vacation Location

Everything about this rental was lovely! The views from this top floor unit were stunning. Crystal blue water in sight from the kitchen or out on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Having two beach chairs and umbrella already set up was very nice too. The unit itself was well kept with beautiful decor and upgrades to match. Many of our favorite restaurants were close by making the location all the better. We will definitely be back and happy to recommend to others!

Spring Getaway to 30A

We had an awesome time. The unit was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The view was astounding and can’t wait to come back. Location was great, right between many wonderful restaurants. Chairs at the water edge was nice and happy not to have to haul anything to the beach but a bag and a cooler.

We always enjoy staying at Beachcrest. 1204 is a very nice condo - well decorated and equipped. However the couch is extremely soiled from all the use and the comfort level is not good - it needs to be replaced or at the least cleaned!

Great Condo and great Beach Access

Condo was perfect for 4 people - just the right amount of room. Kitchen was very good. Beachcrest has a nice staff, an excellent elevator, nice amenities and excellent beach access. The complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs was a nice surprise too. Would definitley come back to this property .

Can't Beat the Location

We've stayed at BeachCrest for the past 4 fall breaks and love it! You can't beat the location on 30A and it's right on the beach. We've stayed in 1204 multiple times because it gives us the sleeping space we need and the kitchen is well-equipped. We love the balcony height table too. We'll be back again next year :)

It was really nice. The COVID issue was overblown. We had lots of places to eat and the beach was perfect. Our unit was clean and well kept. Could have used some more bedding.

Wonderful and much needed vacation

Our stay in Beachcrest #1204 was very nice! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our week away from COVID work. As a firefighter, I have been working since the beginning with no break so this was a much needed family vacation. The weather and water were perfect and marine life was very active all week. Thank you for providing this wonderful place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away! This is not our first visit to this area and definitely won’t be our last.

We were thoroughly pleased with our unit (#1204) and the views were out of this world! The unit was clean when we arrived, and everything was in good, working order. We appreciated the lock codes emailed in advance, and the fact that we didn't have to mess with a hotel key while on the beach. Since we stayed only 4 nights, and since it was our first trip to your facility, just a tiny bit more info regarding check out policy would have been helpful (what to do with towels, whether to have floor mopped, etc) would have been helpful. Also...we kept saying a broom and a dustpan should have been in the unit! We had some sand that could have been easily taken care of without having to drag out the vacuum! All in all...our experience was WONDERFUL and we would definitely recommend staying at Beachcrest unit 1204 to anyone staying in the Seagrove area!
