We had a wonderful week residing at this beautiful property. The house was clean, comfortable & beautiful & was perfect for our 12 guests. The view of the beach from the master bedroom was exquisite. The pool was wonderful & the beach was a quick few minute walk.

Great house, amazing location

The house was fantastic. The house was as described, it was clean, and the location was great. If you like to cook this house will have everything that you need. The beds were very comfortable. You are just a short walk to the beach and situated just off of 30A with easy access to everything in the area. We had an issue that came up while we were there, we called Benchmark and they came out to take care of it within a few hours. We would definitely rent this house and use Benchmark again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We have adult children now, one married, the other with her boyfriend. We were all able to stay here, plenty of room..played board games and cards games almost every night. We cooked a lot, and walked to the beach, rented bikes, walked the neighborhood. We are away from the major traffic at this location, but close enough to go to around and find plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. It was a wonderful experience.

Beach vacation for family of 15

Our vacation at Serenity was wonderful. The house was large with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. It look just like the pictures. The pool was great, and the walk to the beach was pretty easy. The view of the beach from the second and third floor balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this house for. large families.

Love the house and pool! The house had lots of space for all of us! It was perfect because the kids had the bottom floor and mama's could enjoy the rest of house. The walk to the beach was hard if you are not in shape! The water was beautiful the whole week we were there. We enjoy ourselves and can't wait until next year! Thanks from our 2019 Senior trip and mama's!
