Small but cute; great location!

Size of the condo was smaller but worked well for our little family of four with our two small children. I would not recommend for more than 4 people. Communication from Benchmark Mgmt was good but when I needed to reach out to them with question and help, I didn’t get a response for over 24 hours until I called them again. It was spring break so I’m sure they were busy.

Great 3 week stay

It was in a great location on Santa Rosa Beach. We were close to two pools, pickle ball, bean bags, restaurants, very close to the beach and lots of places to walk and ride bikes. I would defintely recommend this location. The property description was very accurate and the property was very clean.

Great location

Across the street from the beach with restaurants nearby, this is a great place to unwind. Every day we were on the beach, sometimes twice in one day. Even though the building had many occupants, it was quiet and restful. Clean, pristine linens, and comfortable beds made it a great stay. We had a small issue with getting necessary codes for the amenities.

Not very happy!

Nice condo but stomping on the floor from condo above at 3:00am.
No instructions on how to get the TVs connected to watch the news.
Smoking on the balcony from the condo next door, I can't stand cigarette smoke!
The parking lot was blocked around our building for roof repair work, no place to park.
Against the law to block handicapped parking spaces?

This was the first time I've stayed in a place that the pictures didn't really do justice. It was much bigger and prettier than we were expecting. The place is very centrally located. It takes maybe 2 minutes walking to get to the beach. The walls and floors are thick enough to prevent most sound from creeping in. Overall we had a wonderful time! The only negative was dealing with Vacayzen which is a company that provides some amenities. Honestly, I feel that Vacayzen is a scam with horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. But everything else was fantastic!

This was the 4 time staying at Gulf Place. Felted like home. well stocked kitchen,clean condo, comfortable bed. Never figured how to use TV. Great location and steps away from beach. Would definitely stay again!

good for small families

I traveled with my children to the beach. This condo had everything we needed. It is not fancy or overly spacious but it fit the four of us and was clean and close to the beach. It was a good deal for the price. The property manager was very responsive and communication was great.

We really like this location, with many shops and restaurants close by. The walk to the beach was fine. You only need to walk down one flight of stairs or take elevator which did not take long to get to the pool. Most traffic stopped at the crosswalk so we could across the street to the gated entrance of beach. There was a place to wash off our feet and beach items. The condo was clean when we arrived and the kitchen stocked with evertyping we needed. Benchmark customer service was great, they responded to all of our requests in a timely manner. Washers and dryers are not located in the condo, but they were right across the hall from the condo in a common area.

This unit was great for myself, husband and three year old. Loved the setup of the condo and the short location to the beach (even with it being located across the street). We loved that the beach access is directly across the building and restaurants are within walking distance. The outside of the building could use a refresher on paint but that wouldn’t affect us staying again.

The location of Gulf Place Cabanas could not have been better. Easy close access to beach, walk to Shunk Gulley (fun restaurant & bar with a view). Literally do not have to get in your car!
Condo was very comfortable & decorated with beach decor. Fantastic for couple or family with small children. Will definitely rent again.

Great unit and location without being super crowded like Rosemary and Seaside but close enough to visit. Unit was charming and one of our favorites. Would recommend owner update king mattress. ??. Had 1 issue with sliding balcony door and Garrett Realty responded ASAP! Would definitely recommend this company and unit!
