The location of the house was great. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the community pool. The house itself had plenty of space and was great for our family of 5. Benchmark was responsive when we had any issues or questions.

Charming cottage in cute neighborhood, 5 min walk to beach

Wonderful house and location! We had everything we needed and it was perfect for two families with teenagers. The beds were super comfortable and the top floor master suite was very spacious and the rooftop deck was delightful. We would definitely stay in this house (and Magnolia community) again!!

Comfortable and Relaxing

We stayed at By The Wave in the Magnolia neighborhood in the Seacrest area. The home is decorated in contemporary beach decor. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. It was just my wife and myself so the 3 bedrooms 3 full baths was more than enough for us. We enjoyed the screened in front porch and ate most of our meals out there. The community pool was generally quiet but the water was comfortable. Beach access is not the most accessible which was the one downside. We drove to Seaside public beach a few days where there is parking and restrooms. Benchmark Management was great to work with. We had a little issue with a small appliance and they replaced it the same day. You can’t ask for more than that. Many restaurants along 30A are easily accessible in either direction from the house.

Wonderfully designed home which was clean. Yes, I said CLEAN!! Everything was in working order and when it was not, the repair person came first thing on Sunday morning. He was in/out in 15 minutes. Convenient to the beach.
