Beachside Villas Clubhouse Rental Procedures and Policies

1. Clubhouse usage hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
2. Absolutely No Smoking is allowed in the Clubhouse.
3. No commercial activities allowed in Clubhouse; i.e. sales parties, demonstrations, etc. (No commercial activities allowed on property.)
4. The manager will inspect Clubhouse before and after each use. If the manager is not onsite during the event, one person will be designated to sign for the key and that person will be held responsible for proper usage of the facility during the period he/she has the key. This includes clean-up after use.
5. Clubhouse furniture is not to be removed without management approval. If furniture is rearranged it will be returned to original position.
6. Maximum capacity is 55 persons.
7. Cleaning fee will be refundable as long as the cleaning and usage requirements are met. This will include leaving Clubhouse as found. Floors will be cleaned, carpet will be vacuumed, tables and countertops will be wiped down, restrooms will be left clean and all garbage will be taken out to the dumpsters. (Cleaning supplies furnished.)
8. Usage fees are as follows:
   

   a. Special Events, i.e. weddings, wedding receptions, private luncheons and large gatherings not open to entire residence will have a usage fee of $275.00 plus a refundable cleaning fee of $200.00; refundable only if requirements of #7 are met. Initials __________ OR b. Renters, non-profit and neighborhood associations with small groups, (size to be determined by management), will have a usage fee of $50.00. Owners will pay a usage fee of $25.00. Both will pay a refundable cleaning fee of $100.00; refundable only if requirements of #7 are met.

4. NO commercial activities allowed in Clubhouse, i.e. sales parties, demonstration, etc. (NO commercial activities allowed on property.)

Owners, renters and non-profit neighborhood associations with groups of less than 25 will pay a usage fee of $50.00. Both will pay a refundable cleaning fee of $100.00; refundable only if requirements of #8 are met.
