Garrett Realty Services, Inc. was established in April 1987 by real estate brokers Marie Garrett and Julia Arthur. We proudly service vacationers and consider them more like extended family members than customers. Garrett Realty Services, Inc. Rental Program
Garrett Realty Services, Inc. manages over 300 properties between Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. We'll take good care of yours too. Our front desk is open during the day (hours vary based upon seasons) to welcome Guests and Owners. When the front desk is closed, we provide a 24-hour on-call service. In addition, members of our management team are on-call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to respond to calls.

Our housekeeping company employs a team of qualified housekeepers and inspectors to give each unit the individual attention required to maintain a rental property in top notch condition. With a separate laundry facility, we offer professional laundry services to our Owners and Guests. A linen pool provides all units collectively with a supply of quality sheets, towels, and kitchen linens. Linens are inspected with each wash to maintain quality.

Garrett Realty Services, Inc. advertises in high profile magazines such as Southern Living and Coastal Living, as well as run weekly advertisements in major newspapers in our primary feeder cities and outlying areas. Our color vacation guide is sent via direct mail to our clients annually and by special request through reservations, our web site, front desk, or South Walton Tourist Development Council. A postcard/rack card will allow our Guests to send friends and relatives (by request only) an opportunity to receive our vacation guide.
