Where to Go for Date Night

On occasion, you and your significant other might get a night off and decide to go out on the town together. You’ll then have to decide where to go when the options seem endless. Here are a few of our favorite places where you are sure to enjoy a nice relaxing evening.

Highlands House on 30A has dinner Tuesdays – Saturdays with brunch on the weekends. Make a reservation for a cozy dinner at the charming gulf-side venue and enjoy Mango Tuna Ceviche or the award-winning Highlands House Burger. Weekly specials are available for drinks and dinner.

Eden Gardens State Park is a beautiful backdrop for a nice walk or even a picnic with your loved one. Moss-draped live oaks are scattered along with gardens of Roses and Azaleas. There’s also a butterfly garden and reflection pond with Koi fish. Pack a lunch or snacks and spread out among this hidden gem of a park.

You can also take a stroll down 30Avenue which is within walking distance to Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Brick-paved streets take you to fine dining and boutiques with sidewalks along the side for a nice bike ride. Have dinner at Amici 30A Italian Kitchen or Roselie Dining & Seafood Bar and grab dessert at Marble Slab Creamery.
