Seeing Red Wine on the White Sand of Seaside

The Seeing Red Wine Festival takes place in the whimsical beach town of Seaside, Florida on November 3rdthrough 6th. This 26th annual event features four days of wine tastings, dinners and a brunch with featured guest winemakers. Recognized as one of the “Top 10 Can’t Miss Fall Wine Festivals,” by Fodor’s Travel, Seeing Red Wine Festival is a must! 

The event begins with a Vintners Dinner on Thursday, November 3rd at 7:00pm at one of Seaside’s favorite restaurants, Bud & Alley’s. Executive Chef David Bishop will collaborate with the vintner to create a menu that perfectly pairs with featured wines. Reservations are required for this event. 

The Al Fresco Reserve Tasting takes place on Friday, November 4th from 6:00-8:00pm. On Seaside’s lush Lyceum Lawn wine connoisseurs can taste an impressive range of reserve wines while dining on tasty hors d’oeuvres. Live music will play throughout the evening. Tickets can be purchased now for this event. 

The main event takes place on Saturday, November 5th from 1:00-4:00pm at Seaside’s charming Downtown Central Square. A wide range of crisp white tents will be set up throughout the town for the Grand Tasting. Wines from around the globe will be presented. Food Stations from local favorite restaurants will showcase farm-to-fork and gulf-to-table small bites. Live music will fill the fresh air of this 30A beach town. 

The festivities continue on Sunday, November 6th with the Celebration of Bubbles Brunch. From 10:00am to 1:00pm at Seaside’s Great Southern Café you will be served Champagne, Cava and Prosecco to compliment a delicious brunch. Then from 2:00-5:00pm at Seaside’s Lyceum Lawn Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation presents Fall Walkabout & Charity Auction. Guests will enjoy a silent auction, wine, cocktails, live music and food stations. 

This four day sell-out wine festival benefits Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation and 14 local children’s charities. Attendees are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance. Beautiful beach accommodations can be found at 30a rentals convenient to the events location.
