La Petit Casa Reviews

Our stay at La Petit Casa was very nice. The house was very spacious with spectacular views of the beach. It was nice to have the beach access right there next to the house. We especially like the outdoor shower that had warm water for washing off the sand! We had 7 people in our party (4 adults, a 4 yr old and two 1 yr olds). There was plenty of room for a pack-n-play in each room. There was also plenty of room for the kids to play. We highly recommend this house!

we had a wonderful stay, have been to that area several times. This was by far the best home we have stayed in, and as soon as my husband gets his vacation for 2010 we are booking again. Home was wonderful, beautiful beaches, nice beds, internet, flat screen tv and very close to shopping and dining.

After 16 visits to Seagrove this visit was the best. We loved the house, deck and view. The house was well appointed and very pretty inside and out. Garrett services were very prompt and helpful with a small problem with the water heater. I cannot imagine our next trip to Seagrove staying anywhere else.

La Petite Casa is a wonderful home for a family vacation. It's walking distance to Seaside. We will go back in the near future. The view is priceless.

This was our first time to rent a beach house in the Seaside area. It was perfect for our family. The view was gorgeous and we felt like we had lots of privacy. It was close to all the fun, yet we had a beautiful beach to ourselves. The home has been well taken care of and we plan to rent it again when we head to Seaside. I would not try and sleep 10 people, like the advertisement says...there were five of us. I would think 7 would be the maximum I would want to have stay here.

Our group of 5 had plenty of room in this beautiful comfy home right on the glorious uncrowded beach. Our experience with Garrett Realty was great, with help for a broken water heater arriving in a timely manner. We already have reservations again for a week this summer!
