We had a fantastic time. The photos do not do it justice at all. The place was clean and well appointed. The price was fair. I loved the location because it is between the two big cities, near Grayton and other cool stuff, but still feels quiet and remote. My only warning would be that there are several steps down to the beach. If you are traveling with someone who can't do stairs, this is not the place for you. For us, it was great though. The Publix rocks and we also loved being able to rent Disney movies at the Garrett office. Wow, that was a nice surprise. Can't wait til next year. We'll probably get the exact same place again. Also enjoyed having a bbq grill on the back patio. The master bedroom view was AWESOME. Garrett made booking easy and very pleasent. Great job and what a stress free vacation! Thanks....see you soon.

Wow, this is the first time we have rented a house on the beach and Seacrest 7 was perfect for us. 4 adults and one toddler! We had a great time. The balcony view from the master was excellent. House was clean and much nicer than the photos. The location is perfect. Between Destin and Panama City. There were fun things to do in either direction. Beautiful beach, clean and great family atmosphere. The only thing I was not ready for was all the stairs to the beach. Fine for us, but if you are travelling with eldery parents, be warned...they may not be able to get to the beach. The house had evertyhing we needed and we want to rent that same unit again this winter. Very nice!

This townhouse is much better in person, the pictures don't do it justice. The view is excellent, the house very clean and well organized. The atmosphere was casual and inviting. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Definitely worth the price for a location on the beach.

This is a beautiful condo. It has been very nicely decorated and appointed, and it is on the perfect beach - not too busy and still very natural. The master bedroom and balcony are a real treat. It all feels very private, but you can quickly get to Seaside, Watercolor, or other points of interest. I highly recommend this property!

Very nice, spacious and clean home with plenty of room for all 4 of us, and very easy to reach any of the nearby towns in either direction. Loved having the washer & dryer ( didn't have to wash dirty clothes when we got home!) Enjoyed having the opportunity to be able to eat "in" or "out". Easy to reach the beach (clean!!)and very thankful that the area was quiet and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends & family and will stay here again.....soon I hope!
