This is my families third time to stay in this condo at seagrove beach. The location of the condo right across from the beach walkway is ideal. The beach views from both floors of the condo are georgeous. It is perfect for sitting and watching the sunset in the evenings. The close location to the beach makes it easy to go to and from the beach all day long. The complex is quiet and convenient to both destin and panama city beach. The condo has a nice full service kitchen and the furnishings are well appointed and in good condition. The reality service is very good and easy to work with. check in and check out have never taken us more than fifteen minutes. It is a great place to vacation with kids.

The three of us were thrilled to be able to rent this condominium on short notice. Our reservation was handled quickly via the internet and we promptly received our information packet in the mail. We loved the condominium and its floorplan which afforded all of us privacy in the bedrooms and baths while still providing a commons area in the living room and kitchen. It was pleasantly decorated with a lovely view of the beach from both the living room and master bedroom. It was wonderful to be able to drop off to sleep at night with the sound of the surf. What we like best about the condo was the covered 2 car parking which provided us a safe place for our bicycles. What we liked least was the directions both to the realty service and to the condo were a bit vague.

We absolutely loved staying in Seagrove. This end of the beach was not crowded at all and the water was almost clear. The townhouse was very clean and we felt right at home. I am so ready to go back and I have only been home for several days!

First off, the place is right on the beach, short walk over the boardwalk. Great view from balconies. They had a blender, but no complimentary 1 roll of paper towls, or complimentary starter trash bag, or coffee filters, so please bring these as they are NOT there, but did have a blender. When we arrived the freezer door had been left open by cleaning crew and freezer was full of water and no ice. Then I realized that the person who cleaned it didnt push the ice tray in all the way. Then the oven broke so we couldnt eat any of our fresh seafood except grilling everything, which was a pain. BUT, Garret Realty was called and fixed everything and then gave me a discount on my next time there. I know things happen and Garrett Realty did the right thing in fixing them and then taking care of me. We will return

The views are just great. You can see the beach right from the comfortable sofas. The unit is very close to the beach and the beach access is really fast and easy. We just love the place and plan to return often
