This was a very nice place wonderful view. I, would not stay here again because of the stairs. I look for a place on the 1st or 2nd level to avoid stairs and elevators so this was not the place for me.

the location was good and quiet, for us a little bit far from the strip. the home was very clean and has a very nice few to the ocean. the staff was very nice and helpful.

The mistral was everything I expected from a condo on the beach. My husband & I really enjoined the community of seagrove beach. It wasn't as crowded as you would find in destin. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The condo was nice inside and had everything we needed for a weeks vacation. The only update I recommend is the bedroom matress. We are spoiled and have a nice pillow top at home and this matress was very firm. Other than that the trip was great, the condo was great and beach was great. I will most definitely be back. Thanks

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mistral #24. Very clean with a wonderful decor...couch & upstairs bed nice & comfy. Great views! Perfect location for sight-seeing/shopping/dining at other popular beach areas such as Destin. This was probably the most worry free trip I have ever planned. Reservations were done online, confirmation was received by mail in 3-4 days, we drove in to Garrett Realty who were expecting us with the keys ready, no hassle. Great times at Mistral #24

The view from the condo and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We had a great family vacation and would definitely recommend and consider future vacations here.

Mistral is a nice property, fairly private with a decent beach. The climb down from the condo to the beach is okay because you get a great view from the condo and a full-sized beach with good sand. The weather was coooler and very windy around May 20th, the last weekend before summer rates kick in. Not too comfortable on the beach with the wind and lower temps. The property is a good place to bike from either east or west.

We stayed at Mistral 24 for four nights. It was a very cozy place. Nice enough to be considered a luxury stay, but still felt very cozy and homey for our family of 5. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and clean. The decorations in the whole condo were cute. The spiral staircase was a bit hard to navigate, but enjoyed the loft bedroom a lot. The view was breathtaking, but with that view came several flights of stairs. A little hard to get a toddler up and down several times a day. My older children loved the beach and wanted to stay longer. The community is small enough to navigate easily (a plus for my county-minded husband), but I wish it had a few more eating establishments that were closer. Garrett Reality did a wonderful job and we would definitely go back to this location, but maybe chose a condo a with a few less steps. Loved the overall location of the community and the people walking all over the place. Hope to go back soon.

Mistal 6 is a wonderful vacation spot for a couple or small family. The view is lovely and the condo is very cozy and comfortable. As for price, I think it was a little overpriced considering others in the area, but we received the unit with a large discount because we rented it at the last minute. Seacrest Beach is beautiful and not very crowded at this location. WE will definitely be back in that area again next year. The one complaint we had for the week had nothing to do with this condo, but with Garrett Realty. We had maintenance men knock on our door very loudly on 2 different mornings, it was still very early (9:00 am). We were still in bed both mornings, and one morning the men tried to open the door and come in - luckily we had the deadbolt still locked. My husband had to get dressed and opened the door, and all they wanted to do was to put a new vacuum cleaner in the condo. Nothing was broken and there was no reason for them to instrude like they did on our vacation. When you pay so much for a place for a little peace and quiet, I think you should expect a little more respect. All in all, we would definitely return to this condo, we might just have to tell Garrett Realty to DO NOT DISTURB!

The location is perfect, the view is unbeatable. The decor is charming. But...i would have felt like I got more for my money if there had been more than one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, papertowels for kitchen, pillows of ANY KIND for the patio chairs (they were very uncomfortable), and a more comfortable bed in loft. For the size of the home I believe that is was overpriced.

Very close to beach,good views. Good kitchen easy to use, seemed updated as well as the living area. Bed needs to be. A little pricy for the age and the current market. Would consider returning.

We spent a week in The Misral 24. It was a wonderful vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone who want a relaxing vacation. It was the perfect getaway!! LOVE IT

We really enjoyed our stay at Mistral 24. It was so quiet and serene in the off season. This was our first time staying in this area vs. the Destin area and it was a welcome relief from the more commercialized end. The master suite/bath in the loft was great although the spiral staircase up was a little tricky. It was great going to sleep while listening to the waves crashing on the beach from our unit. The top/end unit was also perfect for viewing the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The condo is very very nice! The only thing to watch out for is the master bed is super hard! You will love the view and the upgrades in this condo!
