Arcadia Place Duplex Reviews

We had a wonderful time at Arcadia. The house was spotless and spacious. Though it sleeps eight, there were only two of us. It would be fine for a larger group though, with a bathroom directly attached to each bedroom. Of the 3 baths, one on each floor has a door to the hall for public access. The floorplan is nice and open for family time, and the deck has partial views of the ocean. The only thing I could possibly see as a potential problem is that it would be a noisy layout for a larger group. With the layout and the tile floors, the sound really carries in Arcadia. The pool was great and very clean, and we were just steps for two beach access points. We visited early in October, and it was in the low 90's/hight 80's.

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 3 couples. We had plenty of space and just across the road from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Condo was very nice, had everything we needed (2 adults and 5 kids) and was right accross from the beach!! Wish I lived there.

The duplex itself was awesome! We had seven adults and two infants for 8 nights and never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. It was nice to be able to see the ocean (at a distance) from our balcony. The pool was nice and we were the only ones using it whenever we went. The beach is nearby, but the number of steps about killed all but the most fit of us! There are around 50 steps down (& then back up too!) - that was really the only downside & it helped burn off vacation food! Great place!

Although this place was across the street from the beach it was wonderful. It is very up to date and extremely clean. You can eat off the floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, and any utensil you can think of. You can't go wrong with this vaction rental.

This home is very nice and comfortable. Very convenient to the beach across the street. Not far to walk at all---which is one reason we chose it !! Nice pool for the kiddos too !

This was a wonderful place for a family vacation. We stayed there last June and have rented the same property again for this coming June.
