Sago Sands Townhome Reviews

the person i spoke with in the beginning assured me that the townhouse was ON the beach, which was a #1 requirement. My impression was that it might be to the side of another unit, but still ON the beach. Actually, it's across the entire complex parking lot from the beach. That information is not shared. Having the pool at the door was wonderful, but it was closed due to a part that had to be ordered. I called about it on Monday evening, again on Tuesday, finally I was told it had been repaired, even though the closed sign was still on the gate. So, after I go out there, repairmen came and worked on it, which was an inconvenience. The town house is very large and roomy, and very pretty (carpet up the stairs could be replaced).

The people at Garrett Realty were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was great and the condo was supplied adequately. There was a problem with all of the beds in this unit---none of them slept comfortably. It may be time to buy new bedding for the unit. The unit was in a good location and suggest driving to Panama City to shop instead of Destin---not nearly as crowded and better prices.

Garrett Realty is very professional, easy to work with. The townhouse was clean and had plenty of room. The location was great. It's right in the middle of Seagrove and within walking or biking distance to Seaside. I would stay here again.
