Check-in,check-out service was good.No unit claen-up during the month rental. We have rented this unit before.Some of the furniture is dated. Otherwise, unit is well furnished. The location(near Rosemary and Seagrove) is excellent.Wonderful view of the ocean.Nice pool. We like the location and unit size,plus amenities. Unit could be "freshened" and maid service should be provided once or twice during.

My family has stayed here several times, and we love this place. You can see and hear the ocean and the breeze is great. The pool and the ocean are easy to access and my kids go back and forth all day long but I don't have to. It's the best of both worlds. This condo is between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach so there is a lot to do in walking distance. Also the sunsets are visable from the back porch every night!!!

I've been going to South Walton for 20 years. This was our best rental ever! I liked how Garrett had this listed at a discount for a last minute stay. We'll be back!

We really loved the location of our unit. It was perfect and easy to access the beach with kids. The unit was clean and well furnished.
