Garrett Realty ~ Seagrove Beach Vacation Rentals

Hidden Beach Villas Reviews

We have stayed at Hidden Beach 4 previous times, all in different condos. This was the 5th visit and the 1st time in 101. The location is great, very close to the beach access. We can live with the outdated decor but the kitchen was woefully lacking! There was no large pot for boiling shrimp, we had 2 pounds and had to boil in 2 batches. The cookie sheet didn't fit the small oven, there were only 4 forks and the selection of pots and pans was awful. As for the bedding, there were 3 (hard as a rock) pillows for a condo that sleeps 4. I suggest if you book this room, bring your own pillows, forks, and cooking pots! Although this was very frustrating, it won't stop us from booking at Hidden Beach again. Maybe not this particular condo though!

Yes, We love this place! Very private, quiet, and easy access to restaurants, beach...what could be better?

I truly enjoyed my stay. Most things were within walking distance & there's a great yoga studio a few doors down from the property. My only concern was the mattress. It felt worn down & I'm pretty sure there are bed bugs! If the owners would change the mattress, I would give it 5 stars.

Staying at the hidden villias is the best bang for your buck. We stayed in a unit with a full kitchen, living area with flat screen tv, bed room and large bath. The units have walk out access to the pool and is in walking distance to the beach. You can't ask for anything more!

We stayed in 117 the 1st week of April. The condo was nicely decorated and the beach was beautiful. One BIG complaint was the noise from the people upstairs from us. We could hear every footstep and sometimes it felt like the ceiling was going to cave in. Since the kids upstairs generally were up around 5:30 so were we. Needless to say we will never stay there again.

Our reservations were made over the telephone by Jessica, she was very friendly and helpful, explaining the pricing and the specials that Garret Realty had,and taking in the fact that we had a budget. When we got to Hidden Beach Villas #231, it was just adorable and very clean, and was just less that a block away from Garret Realty, two restaurants, and just across the road from the beach! Since we are a family of five, we have to stick to our budget, so we have to buy groceries when we travel, and there was a market only five minutes down the road and a Publix store ten minutes away! All the dishes and appliances were clean and working. Super microwave!!nice fridge!!!! The charcoal grills by the pool are great!! As for the pool,it was very clean and there were laundry facilities , that's a big plus!! The beds, were very comfy, even the sleeper sofs one!!! I have severe back problems and I slept great! There ere plenty of clean linens, and towels! Clean bathroom!!! The dinette and the bar chairs were cute and nice! Our vacation here as great! Give Garret Realty a call for your vacation!!!

I've stayed at this property several times. I love the locsation, it makes up for the out dated furnishings. It really needs an update but then I guess the price would go up.

We had a late arrival and Garrett Realty made that very easy for us by leaving the key in their outside lockbox. The condo was perfect. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The living area was pretty and very comfortbale. The sleeping arrangements were also comfortable especially given that this unit is a studio. Very clean as well. The free wi-fi access was a big plus. The beach was literally minutes from our door and the seagrove location is quite central for exploring the area. Since we arrived after dark we did have trouble spotting the signage...that's our only complaint.

This was a wonderful place for the entire family. The boardwalk to the beach provided easy access and the pool was the perfect place to cool off in the afternoons. The room provided everything that we needed and even though it was snug it was very nicely arranged and decorated...very homey!

Loved the condo, easy beach access with outdoor shower and boardwalk, pool, cabana, amenities, and unbeatable rates! The white powder sand beach and emerald water were stunning. Best location and best value on 30A. Beautiful sunset strolls along the beach to Seaside for dinner and cocktails. Try the 32 oz. Modica Mimosa with fresh-squeezed orange juice just down the street at Modica Market in Seaside (fresh-squeezed lemonade is also excellent), and dinner at The Red Bar. My husband and I highly recommend Hidden Beach Villas and Garrett Realty. Our family has rented condos in Hidden Beach Villas and other condos nearby, and this is our favorite. We plan to return with friends and family, with everyone renting their own units at Hidden Beach Villas. Friends have also done a winter rental at Hidden Beach Villas, and loved it. Overall, an amazing vacation experience, and we can't wait to return!

We have been staying at Hidden Beach Villas for eight years now. They are clean, well maintained and exactly what we need for a family vacation. We have recommended HBV to several of our friends. We'll be back next year.

This was a very affordable place to stay in an area where the beaches are not overcrowded. We loved how close this unit was to the beach access right across the street. It is not a large unit. There were only 3 of us and I would think one more person would have made it too cramped. We didn't use the pool area much, but it was very clean and well maintained. I would definately stay here again.

Our family came to Seagrove for the first time in July and it was amazing. We were supposed to arrive on Saturday but we had to make a little trip to the emergency room and could not arrive until Sunday. My only gripe would be that the realty company could not help accomodate us for the fact that we were unable to check in at the scheduled time for a legitimate reason. The staff person said that the units were completely booked but the units in my area looked empty as our car was one of only three cars we saw for the next four days. However, the unit Hidden Beach 110 was great. It was just enough room for our family and the amenities inside the room were nice. From the appliances, to the decorations, even the beach chairs that were provided helped to make our stay there very memorable and convenient. The unit had all of the appliances and silverware that a family would need if they wanted to stay in the home and cook. The group of friends we were with stayed in a significantly more expensive unit and did not have some of the dishware and extras we had in our unit. The proximity to the beach was fine-only a short walk across the road. The pool was right outside of our back door and was never crowded whenever we went which was really nice. There was even a barbeque grill you could use if you needed (of course it needed plenty of cleaning but nevertheless was still available). I would stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in unit 106. It is right across the street from beach access. The unit itself is comfortable. This was a great place to stay if you are looking for a second vacation and more affordable accommodations in Seagrove, FL.

I rented this 0-bedroom condo for a cheap $100 a night. It is located a short 3 minute walk from the beach. Although the outside of the complex needs some work, the inside of the room we rented (240) was excellent! Full Kitchen, Table, Living room/bedroom, nice bathroom. Everything was neat and clean. I am very impressed and would recommend this place to anyone. The price was unbeatable.

The location of the efficiency condo at Hidden Beach Villas is excellent. The room was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Some repair was needed to the cabinetry in the kitchen, and I hope it was done before the next renter checked in. Even though our family stayed in larger condos in Miramar and Destin for 4th of July, they all ended up in our 1-room efficieny at Hidden Beach Villas during the day because of its close proximity to the lovely beaches at Seagrove. We will definately keep Hidden Beach Villas on our list of Seagrove Beach properties to revisit.

My mom and I took a quick trip to the beach. We stayed in Hidden Beach 104, and it was very nice. The unit was clean and was perfect for my mom and me. The walk to the beach was nice, but there were a lot of stairs. The location was good, and I would definitely stay in this unit again. The price was awesome!

This was our second time staying at Hidden Beach 223. We like how convenient it is to everything. We love walking or biking to restaurants & Seaside. The studio condo is clean and decorated so bright and beachy!! The bed is wonderful, so comfy & big!!! Only improvement that would be nice is a new table and chairs on the outside patio, they were rusted and we needed towels on them to avoid staining our clothes. It is a good value and we hope to go back.

I had a terrific stay at Hidden Beach. The condo was the perfect size for two, but could easily sleep four. The location was ideal, just across 30-A from a beach access boardwalk. It was also only a short drive from Seaside as well as Publix, movie rentals and a coffee shop. The beach at Seagrove was beautiful. The service I received was great too. I plan to return to Hidden Beach next time I visit South Walton.

This sudio apartment is a very good bargin. The beach access is very nice and close. The pool area is beautiful. The only thing I am not thrilled over is the washer & dryer are not in the apartments (no room for them), but I have to say going to the laundry room--by the pool wasn't bad.

Our accomodations were excellent. The efficiency was in a very clean condition with beautiful furnishings. Upon our arrival, everything was in good working order. The maintenance service was excellent and just a phone call away. They were quick to respond to replace a burned out light. The distance from the beach was minutes and was an easy walk just across the street. Our stay was made more enjoyable by the convenient location of this property, to not only the beach, but to all the shops and restaurants of Seaside.

We had a beautiful week, with only four hours of rain in eight days. Back door sticks. You have to put a shoulder to it to close. We left it pushed to until bedtime just to give the neighbors a break. We met the gentleman who renovated 117 last year and got a tour. That is why we chose it to rent this Spring. The unit looks great! The sink access in the kitchen is a little tight, but I love the deep sink. Beautiful flooring, and the ultrasuede fabrics are a nice touch. Plastic drinking glasses are a welcome touch too! Thanks as always. Alvin

My wife and I have been visiting this area for more than 10 years, have been all over Florida, and this is one of our favorite places to stay with one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. White sugar sand beaches and emerald water. Hidden Beach Villas units are spacious and comfortable, and are definitely the best value on 30A. Some of the units comfortably sleep 6 people, and our children loved the hallway bunks. Beach access is right across the street with Trex decking, outdoor shower, bike racks, and built-in benches to watch the sunsets over a glass of wine. This property is closer to the ocean than almost all of Seaside and Watercolor, which are a short distance down the street and easily walkable or bikeable either along the beach or along the bike path. A number of these units have a peek at the ocean from the balcony or deck. There is a nice clean pool, with cabana and restrooms conveniently located beside the pool. Garrett Realty's office is only 1 block away, and offers DVDs for rent. Garrett Realty does an excellent job with vacation rentals, and is very helpful. We have rented a number of other oceanfront properties in this area as well, but they are only a short distance closer to the beach and are quite a bit more expensive. Overall, Hidden Beach Villas are the best value on 30A, in the best location on 30A, and we will definitely return, whether for a family vacation, a getaway for just the two of us, or with friends. If you are looking for a winter rental, this is also an excellent choice.

We were pleased with the unit. It was new and clean. I would have done some things differently with the remodel. If there is going to be a separate bedroom it should definitely have a door. Then probably a door from the living area into the bathroom as well. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa was not. I have stayed at Hidden Beach numerous times but the first time in a newly remodeled unit. The space is great for 2 people but I cannot imagine having 4 in it. I loved the choice of colors and the accessories were just right, not too much. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting a small, inexpensive place to stay.

This is the perfect stay for our family...my husband, myself and our children (7 and 4) really enjoyed ourselves. The one room unit was comfortable and clean. We stayed in studio 110 for the week with ours small kids. It was nice to be in a condo instead of a hotel and the price was actually the same if not cheaper than a hotel. The condo has been redone and everything updated very nicely. With the full kitchen and grills located throughout the property we were able to cook and home. The walk to the beach was much closer than we were expecting, which was nice especially with the kids and all of our stuff. We were able to just relax and enjoy the vacation so much more in a condo than if we were in a hotel. Depending on the time of year you visit, keep in mind the pool did not appear to be heated. During the summer months that would be ok, n the spring the water was still very cold for swimming. We will definately reserve this room on our next visit to town!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was really nice. I will definitely contact Garrett Realty for my next vacation. If you stay here, you absolutely have to go to Bruno's Pizza (about 1/2 mile east) and get the garlic knots!

Unit 240 at Hidden Beach was "short & sweet". It was very clean, fairly updated, and nicely decorated. Because it is a studio unit I would not recommend it for more than 2 people due to the close quarters (though it will sleep 4 with a sofa sleeper and an queen hide-away bed); our stay was enjoyable none-the-less. The beach access was very close; we did not use the pool or the bbq area. We enjoy using Garrett Reality. We have used them for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed.

The room was perfect for a weekend (or longer) getaway. Plenty of room for a couple, clean and neat. The furniture was comfortable and adequate, and the furnishings were in good working order. It was only a short walk to the beach, and there was plenty of parking so we could always park close to our unit. Although we did not use the pool, the pool and the surrounding grounds were kept clean and neat and was very inviting.
