we stayed there last yr.& will stay again in aug., but they definitely need new master bedroom mattress & a sofa sleeper. First condo we have ever stayed at with no sofa sleeper. Hope they put one in,or we will change unit. we have been staying at grand playa for about 10 yrs. & love the area & pool.

This condo was not up to our expectations. We have previously stayed in Sago Sands and at Grand Playa and all were better quality than 401. Last year 302 GP met expectations and was nicely furnished and comfortable. 401 was worn and not decorated or furnished to our expectations for the price. The beds were not comfortable at all. Air conditioning did not work first night, however, Garrett did send repairman that night and he did finish by about 11:00 pm for us to have air conditioning. Carpeting was very nice, but everything else in the aparment was dated. Overall, the condo should be updated to continue receiving the price requested. Many years we have stayed with Garrett Realty and this condo is in need of new decorating and updates, Age is showing on this property.

Very nice unit although the master bedroom furniture is some what dated. That desk must be 50 years old. The door to the balcony needs to be fixed as it kept blowing open when Tripical Storm Claudette blew over. The lock didn't work properly and if it blows open when the unit is not occupied there will be water damage. We will probably book again for next August.

We love Seagrove Beach and were happy to be able to spend the Labor Day extended weekend with our sons and their wives and our new grandbaby. Grand Playa 301 was a great condo with plenty of room for everyone. The views from the porch were beautiful and the beach access was great. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Grand Playa 101 is a very nice condo in one of the nicer condo complexes in the area. Unit 101 could use some upgrades or updating. We found several burned out light bulbs, a blocked shower drain, a partially disconnected arm rest on a kitchen bar chair, a small hole in one of the pantry doors at the door stop area, torn and worn carpeting with carpet tracking exposed just outside the master bedroom bathroom and just inside one of the other two bedroom's entry door area, wooden blinds throughout with a number of the blind controls worn out or broken, and the light in master bedroom bathroom shower stall was hanging down on one side from the ceiling. We called maintenance and Tony unblocked the shower drain, replaced the burned out light bulbs and replaced a missing screw in the kitchen bar chair arm rest for us while we were there. The electronics are outdated but we did not watch much television anyway. The condo is in a very good location on the beach and close to everything you need, is spacious, and was clean and comfortable. the overall property and grounds appear to be well maintained. The condo complex pool is immediately outside unit 101's back door. Our family had rented three of the Grand Playa units in early August and we all had a great vacation. My two brothers have vacationed in this area every year for the past 20 plus years. This was their second or third stay at Grand Playa. It was the first vacation of this type for my family. These units have all the amenities of home. Thanks to the owners for making their units available for rent and thanks to Garrett Realty for managing the rental of the units.

We loved the place - nice, quiet and roomy with great access to the pool and beach. With two small children staying, it was nice to be able to watch one of them swim from the back porch,since we were just steps away. Just a few things to mention that need to be upgraded. Carpet going into the master bath was frayed and I stepped on the pins underneath a few times (ouch!). Carpet throughout really needs to be replaced. Bedding could use an upgrade. Overall it was a great place and we would stay there again. Improvements to the decor, as mentioned above, would be a definite plus. Thanks for the great stay!

We loved the place. It was spacious, roomy and quiet. Just needs a few upgrades for carpet and bedding. The carpet going into the master bath was very frayed and I stepped on the pins underneath a few times. Carpet could really be replaced throughout. We loved the access to the pool and beach. We were just steps away from the pool and that was nice, especially with a small child. With this unit being on the bottom and back access, we could watch her swim from the balcony and easily get to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Any decor upgrades would be a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

We have been staying at the grand playa for many many years and my favorite has always been unit 301. It still is in wonderful condition, the only negative I would say is that it is time for a new coffee maker and a new toaster. We had problems with both. Other than that we were extremely satisfied! Thank You and see you next year!

We stay at Seagrove frequently. This was our first time at Grand Playa. We enjoyed everything about this place. With 2 king bedrooms and a double queen room, each with separate baths, unit 301 slept 6 adults and 1 small child comfortably. The kitchen, dining, living and balcony spaces were also spacious and well furnished. The location and amenities (especially the elevator), make this a place we would like to return to with a group of family or friends.

Grand Playa 101 was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children with us and it was perfect for the children to have the pool. The privacy was perfect and the condo was fully equiped with all the amenities of home. The only negative thing I can say is that the hardwood portion of the floors were not clean. We had to wear shoes to keep the bottoms of our feet from being black.

This is a great condo rental if you need a lot of room. The master bedroom is beyond spacious; plus the other bedrooms all have their own bath. It was perfect for my husband and I plus our married daughters and their husbands. One really tremendous feature is the balcony. It is large, well furnished, covered and beachfront. The covered parking is a plus...keeps the cars from getting so hot. The pool was clean, the building was quiet and conveniently located. There is a grocery, gas station and a variety of restaurants nearby. We love Seagrove Beach and this condo was the best accomodations we've had in six trips there.

This place was a great place, with the view and all it's furnishing. This was our 2nd time staying there and would recommend it. The only thing that we had a problem with was the bed in the master bedroom. It was not as comfortable as it should be. If you stay a week, you would want to have a good night sleep but unfortunately, we could not due to the mattress. We hope it will be changed before we stay there again.

This was the second time we stayed at Grand Playa. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. I do feel that the decor should be updated, especially the guest bedroom. The bedding was quite worn. Would I stay again??? Yes!
