Garrett Realty ~ Seagrove Beach Vacation Rentals

Grand Isle Reviews

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here and highly recommended it for the whole family to stay!!!

Grand Isle 304 was a very nice unit. Easy access to beach across the street. Could hear traffic on street in front, but we were out most of the day and it usually quieted by late evening. A nice convenience to have the cafes on the first level. Only negative was the sleeper sofa. Even though a new mattress was put on it after we mentioned it was broken, it still wasn't really comfortable enough to sleep on. Also, when you bring your own paper products, make sure to bring your own coffee filters. Otherwise, we felt they were attractive and comfortable accommodations for the price. We wouldn't hesitate to return and stay in this or another unit.

The reps at Garrett were a delight and super friendly. We will definitely use Garrett Realty again. The Grand Isle #304 was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and super comfy, felt like it was our place. Loved the covered porch swing and great view with private beach access. The owner of the building complex keeps the grounds immaculate with green plants everywhere. The condo has a wonderful wine bar downstairs, LaBotana and little breakfast place if you do not feel like driving to go eat. One slight negative, since the wine bar is downstairs, with the condo windows open you can hear a little noise from the customers. A central location, enjoyed riding our bikes and walking along the beach. Insider tip...for a fab fine dining meal with casual atmosphere have dinner at Cafe Tango! We will become return renters for condo #304....cannot go wrong....loved it!!

Very nice unit, attractively and comfortably furnished. Would benefit from more/better reading lights, especially in the bedroom, hangars in closet and towel racks in bathrooms. Master bath has one towel rack...no where to hang damp towels. A hairdryer would be a very nice addition as well. That said, central location, good cafe on lower level and easy walk to the beach.

The Grand Isle 302 is a luxury condo at a great price. My family and I enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo just steps away from the beach. We could not have asked for better accomodations. Thank you for providing us with the perfect place for a family vacation.

very nice condo. Very spacious and well maintained. Really loved the location of the condo. Very close to the beach and had some great shops/cafes located in the building. My only suggestion would be to provide a more comprehensive list of the items located in the unit (cutlery, staples, etc). Helps the renter plan better based on what they need to bring and what will be available. Overall we really loved the place and will most likely will return in the very near future.

We enjoyed the Grand Isle condo. It was in a good location and we just had to walk across the street to the beach. The pool was small but nice and clean. There was a good coffee shop downstairs that we went to so we would be able to use our computer. The shower head in the hall bath should be replaced. It was very inefficient. It would have been nice to have internet service in the condo.

We enjoyed this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has a view of the ocean from the balcony. It is also nice that it is over shops and cafes. It is also nice that the condo has an elevator for the transportation of luggage and groceries. My favorite aspect of the condo was the homey feeling it had. The only draw back is the pool. I wish it was cleaned more frequently. If there was a better place to wash off tenants feet maybe people wouldn't use the pool.

There was a short walk to the beach. Coffee shop and Restaurant below our condo. Plenty of room and functionality to do whatever we needed during our stay. Games, cooking, relaxing on the deck ect. Lots of community events to go see and do. Friendly people will help with advise and just a little talk. Love it and will go back every year.

The accomodations at 304 are supurb. Everything you could think of in the kitchen, and it was very handy having the washer and dryer there. The view is great, loved the porch swing. Classy nautical decor, but not over the top. 2 full bathrooms is a great thing to have. Loved it and want to go back right now as I write this.

We love Seagroves and the Grand Isle. This was our second stay at the complex. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is an easy walk to the beach and having Flip Flops right downstairs is perfect.

302 Grand Isle is a lovely condo. It is spacious, very clean, and well appointed. It was much larger than we expected! Three bedrooms! While across 30A from the beach, it was very convenient to walk across the street. The front bedroom faces 30A, and you do get street noise at all hours. We recommend ear plugs! The balcony faces to beach; the breeze made it very comfortable for sitting outside all day long. There is a table and six chairs and you could easily eat outside on the balcony. Grand Isle is convenient to Seaside, and there is a Publix grocery very near by. If you wish to rent a condo that is away from the rush of San Destin, we would highly recommend this location. Bring your own chairs for the beach. You can do all meals in if you wish to do so. There is really no need to eat out unless you just want to do so. The $150.00 meals for four people were a bit steep. We normally stay at a beach home, but it has to be fully cleaned before you leave. It was nice to just do the dishes and leave everything else to housekeeping. The only downside is the 3 plus check in and having to be out by 10 am. The check in and out process, however, was quick; no hassle. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property to others, if you have four or more people.

We have stayed in this condo and the one adjacent to it for several years now. They are very large, roomy and beautifully decorated. As they are directly across the street from the beach, there's nothing like having your morning coffee sitting on the balcony and taking in the view! We look forward to returning to this condo each year!

This was a beautiful, modern condo. It is located on the third floor. The first floor were a couple of shops and resturants-perfect to just run down and get breakfast or lunch after being at the beach all day.

We absolutely loved staying here. As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the decor and all of the accommodations. Sitting on the deck every morning while having coffee and watching/listening to the ocean was so relaxing. It was exactly what we needed. We didn't want to leave. Everyone in Seagrove was so nice, we are considering moving there. It was a great vacation.

The house was beautiful, an amazing space in a nice location. A few things that would have made the stay even better - if a few amenities were provided, like a few more rolls of toilet paper, at least one roll of paper towel, some dish soap and an icemaker in the fridge that worked. It would have been nice to know where the exact entrance to the beach was (not well marked) and that the key code to the gate really wasn't necessary, even though it was posted in the home, elevator and everywhere else. It was nice having FlipFlops downstairs in case of emergency food - I definitely recommend their lunch (tasty burgers!) over their breakfast (bland and not worth the price). Thanks again for a very nice property!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was just a short walk to the beach but with the off season cost was well worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful property.

Very spacious condo for a 1-bedroom. Nicely furnished, close to the beach, over a coffee shop, and a deli/grill. Will go back.

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful view overlooking the strip. The beach was just a walk across the street. The coffee shop below was delicious. A perfect location for a romantic getaway. We would definately stay here again.
