Much better than we expected. Lots of room, great layout. It was wonderful to be able watch the kids from the deck and the view was just fine, even though you couldnt see the whole beach. I would make sure that each room had dvd player. It would have been nice to move the kids into other room while the adults wanted to play in the dining room. Overall loved the place and would love to come back again!!

I brought my two teenage kids and 3 of their friends down for a week this summer. Everyone loved being right on the beach. The unit is nicely appointed and well kept. The layout is spacious and well organized.

We enjoyed staying in Legacy 101. It was so convenenient to the beach and large enough to accomodate our extended family. The condo is very comfortably furnished and was a perfect fit for our needs. The only drawback was the lack of wireless internet service, which was an inconvenience for us.

Stayed in the 304 the second week of August. The location is great - there are open lots on either side. However, a public access is right next to the Legacy, so many folks from across the street enter the beach right there. Easy walk to the best fish market of the area - Goatfeathers. Nice bike rental next door to Goatfeathers. Generally clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had many items needed for cooking, but the blender(s) didn't work - found out later that we could have called Garrett for a replacement! Also had no measuring cups or spoons. (We bought some and left them there.) PLENTY of space in the Master suite. Other bedrooms seem a little small - especially the 2nd King. Living/kitchen area is very open - great views from main room and Master.

This is a very nice condo, right on the beach in Seagrove. Pool is a lifesaver for the kids! Condo is very roomy. Beds could be a little more comfortable. Major drawback to this condo (compared to others at the Legacy) is that there is no stair from balcony to pool area. But overall, the Legacy is a great complex. Small enough to never feel crowded, beach is easily accessible and beautiful, and condos are nicely furnished.

The view was great. Very relaxing just reading on the balcony. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and living room were ideal for family time. Stores and resturants are close and fairly numerous.

condo 104 was a little low, could not see much of the beach, however very nice to overlook the pool. location on the beach is very good, seaside aprox. a mile to the west, lots of people on the beach all week, not like it use to be with just a few folks on the beach.....all in all, seagrove is the beach to go to, legacy is the place to stay.... bob hodges 7/09

Legacy 304 was great. Very roomy and perfect view. Beach had a large water area taking up nearly half the space and people from across the street kept setting up in front of the beach service chairs.

Stayed in 304 the last week of June. Great suite, updated throughout, although the conventional TV's were somewhat outdated for a 1.2M condo. One MAJOR issue was the beach. There was a huge pool of drain water right in the middle of the beach taking up a huge portion. Also, there was no management of keeping the non-Legacy guests off this private section. Otherwise, great vacation spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Legacy 304. The unit is luxurious - the kitchen is extremely nice and has all the appliances and utensils you need (2 coffee makers, a blender, etc.). The decor is beautiful. Every room had some kind of balcony, either viewing the gulf or the street. I really can't say enough good things about this place. We had 3 couples and a child and it was plenty spacious enough for us. If I had any suggestion at all it would be to have a few more bath towels - we had to wash towels at least every other day. The location of Legacy is wonderful, too - right across the street from a Tom Thumb and within walking distance of 5 or so restaurants. I love this place and can't wait to stay there again!

I stayed 3 nights with 7 girlfriends. We loved the condo. It was large and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the fact that we can get to the beach and pool from the back door. That is HUGE. The only drawback is the bathroom that is shared by bedromm #3 and #4 has no counter space or drawers. We plan on renting every year.

We have traveled to Sea Grove Beach for 12 years and love the area. The Legacy is on the beach with excellent access to the area. The condo was spacious and modern with beautiful views of the gulf. The beach was clean and just steps away. The pool was handy but cold for the time of year. Wished it had been heated.

This is a very nice, large Condo and our unit was well appointed and maintained. We have stayed at other places in the same price range that were equally as large and a little nicer. This unit is not as freshly updated as these were but our tay was very enjoyable.

Vacationed in August with my daughters and their friends. Very attractive place-roomy. Right on beach and the beach in that area was not crowded which is a big plus. Also the private swimming pool is nice to have. Am going back this year. Only draw back we had was the "big screen" tv in the living area was not working and they had a small replacement setting next to it, not impressive for a million dollar condo. They still have not replaced it and although it seems minor, the living area is so big that the bigger screen would be much better for viewing. View of ocean nice, upper floors would be much better.

We have rented the same 4 bedroom condo for the last 2 years. We love it. It is clean, has everything you need to make any meals and wonderful views of the ocean. I love getting the rental chairs with umberellas and just relaxing all day. Late afternoon, hit the pool for awhile. Beach is never too crowded and when you walk the beach the other places are all nice to look at.

The Legacy is a beautiful vacation condo for those big families who are accustomed to nicer, upscale surroundings. One definitely gets what they pay for with this vacation home. It is truly a home away from home and the location is fantastic!

We love the Legacy! It is a great place because of the privacy and exclusivity, easy beach access, very nice pool, and luxury appointments. We are very sorry that we can't afford to come here anymore after the crash of the stock market.

The Legacy is a beautiful facility and our unit was just perfect. We had 3 adults and 5 teenagers....it was just right! The living and kitchen area are nice and big...very comfortable for staying in and cooking. The master bedroom and bath are so spacious, we absolutely loved it.
