Condo was Super-Nice/Beach area was quiet and beautiful-best view was sunset from the balcony. Very Clean-nicely decorated "homey" condo. Husband and 3 teenagers had a WONDERFUL spring break 2010-Thanks Monterey!!!

We stayed the third week of November at Monterey. The condo was nice, but smaller than the pictures show online. The kitchen could use some more dishes, and a cutting board and something to mash potatoes with....Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, even though it was a cold week...The beach was very nice, the walk to the beach very nice, swimming pool was nice, and heated. Drive to Destin and Panam City was 1/2 hour each direction...WE recommend it very much!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Monterey Condos, and this was this first time for us in this particular unit. Like the other unit we've stayed in, this unit was wonderful. It met our needs exactly, and it had plenty of space. We were able to vacation comfortably right off the beautiful beaches. The only negative I have is that the front door in this unit sticks a little - other than that, it's a perfect place. I highly recommend it.

Had a lovely week at Seacrest Beach staying at the Monterey Condos. Perfect for two families of 4. Condo was very nice.....clean, cheery, and most important beautiful view! We had a boardwalk straight to the beach....nice and convenient. Were pleasantly surprised to have such a beautiful place as we booked only about a month out. Garrett Realty was very helpful in finding just what we were looking for!

Our family was blessed to be able to spend a week at Monterey Condo C302. The views from the balcony, den, dining area, and master bedroom were spectacular!! The condo was beautiful, immaculate, and well-furnished! We spent every day enjoying the sand and sun for the best vacation we have ever had! Monterey is definitely our "New Favorite"!

We enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the beach which was very convenient. The condo was nicely furnished and an icemaker was a definite plus! We had a problem with a bad 'fishy' odor in the refrigerator. Housekeeping came and did a thorough cleaning, but the odor remained throughout our stay. There was major dust on all furniture and some cobwebs in the bedrooms. Otherwise the condo was tidy. The washing machine was very loud ( question if it was 'unbalanced').

We had a multi-family vacation where I made the travel and accommodation decisions almost exclusively. All family members raved about the condo and the location and thanked me repeatedly for finding it. It was the Garrett Realty website and staff which made finding and renting the condo a breeze. I had to call on several occasions to ask a question or work out a detail and every person at Garrett realty was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend this condo, location and Garrett realty to anyone looking to go on a beach vacation! I can't wait till next year, so we can go back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Monterey Condos. The condo we had was well decorated and clean with a good view of the ocean. The beach was quiet and beautiful. The location was great because we were about a 20 minute drive to both Destin and Panama City. The kids loved the built in bunk beds and the pool, and we all loved the privacy we had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at Monterey Condos on the fourth of July week. It was the most gorgeous condo we have ever stayed in. The staff was so nice to us as well as explaining everything we needed to know. The view oh so breathtaking....Yes, Clifford there is a GOD. Wake up in the morning and go to bed with the waterfront right outside your door. The place was so clean and we had everything we needed. We entertained the grandboys. They wanted to stay even the oldest who is sixteen and has lots of friends to get back home to. WoW just can't wait to return. You truly get what you pay for. The wrap around balcony was a big hit. Great stay

We had the time of our lives. I can't say enough about how clean we found everything. The location was just right for a get away from all. So relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing I would improve would be better lighting coming in at night it was a little hard to find the sign. We would recommend this to anyone with or without children. The noise pollution was minimal. Clean, Clean, Clean. Thank you Garrett for keeping your properties so updated.

It was my husband's first visit to the Gulf and this was the perfect place for us. Away from the congestion, but still close to great restaurants. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, however it could use new applicances, but they were adequate. The master had a very comfortable bed too! The view was beautiful from the patio, so we often sat, napped, and read. We will return to this unit for sure!! Nancy and Mike McCay

The service from Garrett Realty was wonderful from the first telephone call through the check-out. The staff at Garrett Realty are friendly and went out of their way to answer questions we had about the area and things to do. My husband and I brought our 4 teens and 2 younger children on this trip. The condo was perfect for our group. The kids and teens all liked the rooms and the space. We especially loved being right on the beach and the view. The condo has adequate dishes and utensils; however we found the selection of cookware difficult to work with on the ceramic stove top. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and especially with kids. We hope to return soon.

Monterey Condos get our 5 star rating!!! A great location and a wonderful condo unit(B202). Our grandson loved the bunk room...he is known as "Batman" and that was his "Bat Cave"!!! The ocean was simply beautiful even though it was very windy...got to see dolphins swim by in the morning and crab hunting at night. The bike trails of 30-A are wonderful and we highly recommend bringing or renting bikes for your stay...we enjoyed several bike rides. The only negative is the distance and number of stairs to the beach ....but to save the dunes it was worth it. We LOVED it and look forward to returning.

My husband and I went to the beach with five teenage girls for Spring Break. We had a great time at the Monterey Condo, the beach was beautiful the location was perfect! Far enough away from the Spring Breakers, yet close enough that our older teenagers could go and hang out with their friends. The condo itself was great, plenty of room and decorated very tastefully. The entire experience with Garrett Realty was a delight. We are the owners of Blue Sky Cabin Rentals in Ellijay GA. and personally manage 45 properties, so we know what customer service is all about and they definitely delivered. From the early check in to getting a leaky fridge addressed immediately and everything in-between. We will 100% recommend this company, as well as use their services again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Always love renting thru Garrett and trying new properties. Definitely liked this unit at Monterey for its super location on the beach, nice pool, and great condo layout for our family needs - sleeping arrangements & plentiful spacious bathrooms. A few things would have made it even better: cleaner unit, more kitchen counter & storage space, better maintained (furniture & electrical problems).

We had a great family vacation staying at Monterey Condos C401. Garrett Realty Service did a great job making sure was in order and very neat when we arrived. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. Monterey is about 2 miles east of the charming town of Seaside which offers a quaint Towne Square and a unique outdoor shopping/dining area. If your looking for a location that is low key and quiet but still accomodates families Monterey is a great location. We went with our 3 year old daughter and met several families staying there. You're right on the gulf with a modest boardwalk to the beach. When you're ready to come in there's a great outdoor shower to rinse off with and then you step through the gate to a wonderful outdoor pool for a refreshing dip if you want. Sometime we would come for an evening swim after dinner. The only thing I would make available for the guests would be an outdoor grill. Other than that it's a great location and the kitchen has ample room and nice appliances. There's a nice grocery store within about 10 miles east if you want to stock up for the stay. There's a great outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. You can also venture west to Destin about 20 miles for great shopping or charter a boat for deep sea fishing if your looking for more activities. I look forward to returning and I'm sure you'll enjoy.
