This was our first year to book with Garrett, and we were very well pleased with the hospitality and professional service we received. The unit is far more spacious and lovely "in person" than it is in the website photos, and has such a beautiful view of the Gulf! The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we found a nice kitchen perk--a slow cooker, which allowed us to keep the gumbo hot and ready throughout Thanksgiving Day! We enjoyed the convenience of the location to shops, grocery stores, biking trails, beaches, restaurants.

We had the best time staying at the Sago Sands. The condo: beautiful, the view: amazing. We did not want to leave after a week! We loved being able to relax in peace and quiet on the beach. And then it is close enough to PCB and Destin to do any activity you can think of.

As I mentioned to Andrea(who, by the way, was extremely helpful to us in finding just the right property for our family), you should put all "first-timers" to Seagrove Beach in Sago Sands 202. They'd be sure to return. The condo was lovely, well-appointed, immaculate, and in a perfect location for those who wanted to view the beautiful white sand beach from the balcony but could not join us on the water. The water was a beautiful clear emerald green fading to aquamarine, turquoise, and then azure blue. Access to the beach could not have been more convenient. The kitchen was as well-equipped as most homes, a real plus for our "gourmet-cook" son. When we reported a minor repair needed, a competent and personable maintenance man responded promptly. What more could I have wished for? Only that you replace the sliding screen door on the master bedroom so that we could more easily open the door to the sound of the surf at night. We have always vacationed on the east coast; this was our first time to visit the gulf, but it certainly will not be our last! Thank you, Andrea, and others responsible for making our experience memorable and marvelous!

I was very happy with the Sago Sands 302. The pictures on the Internet do not do the condo justice. It is very clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean is incredible!!! The grounds are well kept. Since it is a small complex with only 8 condos, it was very quiet. We would definitely return and recommend it to our families and friends. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We love staying at Sago Sands. This was the first time in this apartment. The set up was slightly different than we were used to but we had everything we needed. We love the way you come in from the parking lot to your condo and walk straight across to view the water. We had six and were very comfortable. Loved sitting on our porch at night watching the stars, listening to the ocean and feeling the sea breezes. I will say that the unit is showing some of the wear and tear of years and saltwater. Doors to the porch were hard to open and exterior painting could spruce things up. Otherwise it was fab.

THe unit was nice, clean and spacious, and when we reported an elevator service problem, the management had it fixed fairly promptly. The view from the balcony was great and access to the beach was very convenient. We would likely return to this very unit on a subsequent visit.

We spent a week at Sago Sands 302 in early June. I am a real estate broker in Alabama and have been involved in real estate sales and property management for over 30 years. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 and not 5 is because of the furnishings. I give Carole and her team at Garrett Realty a 5+. The bedding, while of good quality, was a little firm for us. It is Jamison Comfort Supreme Brace Posture, which as the name implys is firm bedding, but this is a matter of individvual preference. The others furnishing are nice but not luxuriious. The balcony and view are both fantastic. Once again, Carole and her management team do a great job. I didn't expect much help from maintenance in setting up our lap top with the WiFi, but Tony proved me wrong. It was no problem for him. He can fix anything! We had been renting from another rental company but Garrett has them beat. Will we come again? You bet! We'll either stay at Sago Sands or the second condo west, Grand Playa. It has covered parking which my wife prefers. Garrett also is the rental agent for it.

We just got home from a wonderful week at Sago Sands. We have been to Seagrove Beach in the past but have always rented a house, so we were a little nervous about the condo. Thankfully, there was no reason. Sago Sands was perfect. It was roomy, clean, quiet, the views were phenomenal and we fell asleep to the sound of the surf every night. The complex wasn't full, so we pretty much had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon. My only criticism is that the kitchen should be better stocked; we ran out of silverware and bowls daily and there wasn't a tray to carry out our meals onto the balcony. This was the first vacation we've had in which none of us--myself,my husband, and my nineteen and twenty year old daughters--were ready to return home. We are looking forward to returning.

This was a really well appointed unit. Kitchen had everything you need. Unobstructed beach view from the 2nd floor. Will stay there again!

The place was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms had plenty of hot water and everything worked as it should. The beach was great. I would stay here again and I will highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. :-)

Love the place and location. The rental support service is very poor with the unit lacking most general basics that are supplied at condo rental throughout the U.S. - e.g. one roll of toilet paper, one terrible garbage bag, no paper towels, no tissues, no extra garbage bags, almost nothing.

We have been coming to Seagrove Beach for 17 years, and it has become a place of wonderful memories for our family. Although we have stayed at a couple of other condos or homes, we have always enjoyed our time at Sago Sands 302. We have booked our week for July, 2009 and can't wait. The condo is spacious, light, and airy. We have truly enjoyed the large porch overlooking the ocean. It's great to grab a break from the sun or watch a beautiful sunset. The location of the condo is conveniently located across the street from a few shops, a little deli, and yes, for the family, a video store. As you may tell, we cannot wait to get back!!

My husband, twin 6 year-old sons and I always look forward to staying here. The location is hard to beat, and the number of units in this building makes it especially quiet, which we love also. We all love the pool and the incredible convenience to the beach. The unit is kept up very well, as is the whole building/landscaping, etc. We love the kitchen and bathrooms in the unit and we love the gulf front view! A few picky things: The patio furniture and carpeting inside probably need to be updated soon!--but this is definitely not an "issue." Our family is going again very soon, in fact. Sago Sands will always be a great vacation for us.
