Tranquillity on the Beach Reviews

This was our first time to the beaches of South Walton area,we normally go to Pensacola. We will definately return. Tranquility is located right on the gulf with only 20 units, so the beach was never crowed, some days there were only two other families on the beach. The three bedroom unit has a great layout so that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is up on a "cliff" with 52 steps down to the beach which could be a problem for some people, we considered it exercise. The pool area is small but clean with two gas grills. It is right on the bike path. We brought our bikes and rode everyday through the neighboring beach commuties which were so upscale and reminiscent of being in California. It is a very peaceful area. Can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at many locations along 30A. We loved this beautiful condo. The view is perfect. It has a beautiful balcony that seemed to be in the shade all of the time. The way this condo is arranged, you have beautiful corner views in the living/dining/ and master bedroom. It had beautiful light blue paint and very comfy furniture(not cheap). It was relaxing and soothing. We can't wait to return this winter and just stay in and enjoy the view.

My family consistently vacations in the Seagrove area. This was the first time we have stayed in the Tranquility unit. The unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Neither the condo nor the beach were overcrowded at all. We loved having three bedrooms and bathrooms! The only negative part was that they were doing construction and re-tiling in the unit directly below us the ENTIRE time we were there. It was only in the evening that we were able to be on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves. During the day, it was only the sounds of a jackhammer or tile saw. It would have been nice to have known this before going down. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we would certainly stay there again!

We had such a good time - the unit is lovely with every creature comfort and the view fabulous. There is a security gate to enter the complex as well as a security gate to go to the beach. We felt very safe. Cell phone service was hit or miss which made us a little more dependent on the landline (not working while we were there) but to be honest, the privacy of this location more than, MORE THAN, MORE THAN made up for this minor incovenience. Wd definitely want to return. Garrett Realty was, once again, helpful and reliable. Truly our only complaint was that we had to come home.

Just returned home from a wonderful week in this unti. The name describes it perfectly: Tranquillity on the Beach. Quiet but still good for families, the view is fabulous, the unit itself beautiful, well equipped and luxurious and comfortable at the same time. We cannot recommend it highly enough and we have stayed everywhere on 30 A. Our only negative complaint is that we had to leave.

We had a wonderful week. Everything was perfect for an early Spring Getaway. We enjoyed the condo, the beach, the restaurants, the morning walks,and everything else. We will be coming back.

This is a great property - the unit was nicely updated with great kitchen, lots of space, great views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. The location is great, just down the street from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach which are close biking destinations with restaurants, shops, etc..
