Villas at Seagrove Beach Reviews

We stayed in A101 and loved it. We have a 3 year old and a 7 year old that loved the location and the bunk beds. This place was much larger than we expected! It was in a great location for families, quiet and peaceful. The beach was a good walk but not too bad. The grill was right outside our front door so that was nice and the pool right outside our backdoor. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends

This is our second winter spent at A 301 and it was another wonderful winter. Yes, it was chilly but better than our winters in Wisconsin. The changes that were made by the new owners recently were wonderful and we enjoyed them. It was nice to have the internet furnished and the addition to the bed in the master bedroom was great. We certainly appreciated them all.

We had a great time at the Villas at Seagrove. We had lots of room, and we were so close to the beach. Seagrove is such a great place, and I love where this condo is located. We will definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in unit A301. It is roomy, has a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked and it was all very clean and comfortable

The service from Garrett Realty was great as usual. We made a last minute decision to go to the beach and so of course we had limited options. However, the unit we rented was less than well appointed in my opinion and certainly not equal to what we experienced at other properties rented through Garrett. Specifically, this unit did not have any type of music available to us (no cd player, no radio, nothing) We only had two televisions and the althought neither set was what I consider to be of the appropriate quality, the set in the master bedroom was far from adequate (way too small and of poor quality). I also don't think this unit was particularily well decorated. Just sort of bland, ho hum, nothing special. As for suggestions, I think it would be great for this unit or complex to have a luggage cart to assist in getting gear, groceries, luggage etc. to the third floor and a hose (in addition to the outside shower outside the pool area) would be a nice addition to allow for easier washing off sand from feet and beach gear.

Thank you for your comments. The owners of Villas at Seagrove A301 have added televisions to all of the bedrooms, a cd player/radio and the Internet. Hopefully these amenities will add comfort and convenience for your next stay.

We stayed at this condo with our entire family and it fit all of us very nicely- even room for some to get away from others :) We loved the well kept pool- that had plenty of chairs and space. We would have liked a few more bath towels, but made do. The elevator was having problems, and was never successfully fixed, but still worked. The decorations and kitchenware avaliable was top notch! We didn't have to buy a single utensil to cook every meal at the condo. We would have liked a view of the ocean and a bit closer, but the short walk wasn't too bad, even with a 10 month old. Thank you again! We will definetly be returning!

My husband and I spent our winter, January 1st thru March 20th, in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a beautiful place and very comfortable for the two of us or when guests came to visit. We have booked it for next winter too and can't wait to return. We had fantastic weather besides. That was a plus.

We just returned from a relaxing and fun time spent at this condo!! If you are looking for a very well appointed and beautifully decorated place to stay...just footsteps away from the most beautiful beach/water I have ever seen in the state of Florida...this is it! You will wake up to a wonderful sunrise and then be able to walk next door to get an incredible cup of coffee. What I really appreciated was a kitchen full of pots and pans and everything I needed to cook up the freshest seafood you could imagine (we bought it just down the street!) The bed linens are amazingly luxurious and the mattresses were remarkable. Usually I wake up with a stiff back on vacation...not this time! I can't say enough about the cleanliness, beauty, and luxury of this unit! The very best perk is the garden jacuzzi tub!!! You'll feel like you are at the spa! Of course if you get overheated...the pool (unbelievably clean!) is about 15 steps from the porch. Again...I can't say enough about this unit. We just spent a wonderful winter at this absolutely beautiful condo & loved our stay. It is everything they advertise & more - clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet & grounds are impeccable. A definite TEN.
