My family and I spent a week in this Unit (101A) and found it to be very comfortable and accommodating to our needs. It is certainly nicely decorated and located in a quiet community yet close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach is only steps away and we certainly enjoyed the large balcony and breeze in the evenings. The pools are large and the area was very clean. Thank you.

You are always worried about the place you are staying when looking at photos and the description from 2 states away....this is a real gem. Exactly as described and a wonderful weekend...

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. Unit was clean and had most everything we needed. We found managing realty company very responsive to a couple of requests. Location is good; beach is beautiful and pool is beautiful. We would definitely use this facility again.

Our unit was great. We stayed as two couples, no children. The master bedroom was very spacious, also the master bathroom was spacious. The second bed and bathroom were just the perfect sizes. This unit has the bunk beds which the area they are located in is a bit more spacious than the photos give credit for. The washer/dryer is small only a few beach towels or a few pairs of jeans at a time. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners in the kitchen. It really felt like being at home, only with a gorgeous beach! The boadwalk to the beach was nice to have and it made it conveinient to walk to the unit and back to the beach for snacks. The parking garage has luggage carts and a shopping cart avaliable to help take up luggage or groceries. We were all pleased with the unit, the beach was great, and the town and surrounding areas were very fun and relaxing. I would recommend this unit to anyone, and I am sure we will be staying there again in the near future.

The check in at Garrett was very accomidating. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed at Dunes of Sea Grove several times and enjoy the laid back atmosphere....not the crowds you find on down the beach. We greatly enjoyed the bike trails and biked most mornings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in. Our most enjoyable part of the week was of course the beautiful beaches and being with family!! So relaxing and so much fun.

We had a great experience at Dunes of Seagrove 101-C. The unit was very clean, fully stocked, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The pool was large and not crowded, and the ocean water was crystal clear while we were there. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and we definitely plan to rent this unit again!

The condo was very nice with great amenities. Very large and great for the 4 we had and a large balcony with an awesome view of the beach. The pools (2) are nice and the beach was beautiful and easily assessible. The beach area was very nice and the umberallas and chairs provided at no additional charge were great. The covered parking under the condos with elevators and carts made coming and going a breeze. The location to 30A and local grocery, restraunts and stores was great. We've stayed in other condos/houses in this area and liked this property as well as any we've stayed in.

We love the Dunes of Seagrove. We have stayed there for the past 7 years. We have stayed in several units and 203C is one of the best. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the owner has kept the unit nicely updated. The property has been kept up and the beach is one of the best!

I have stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove many times and our family loves how quiet and relaxed it is. The kids love the pools and beach and we love the friendly atmosphere. This unit is very nice and fit our family! We will be back!

We wanted a beach vacation away from the crowds and this was perfect. The condo was immaculate, looked brand new. The condo complex was also immaculate. The two pools were great. The beach was soft white sand and no jellyfish or shells, which we liked so you can have the soft walk on the beach. Water very blue and waves were fun. The view from this condo is perfect. You can see the family in the pools but also see the beach. But you are not right on top of the pool. About a 1 minute walk to the pool and only a few more yards to the beach. There is a dune in the view but that keeps the condo complex free of sand. Parking was covered. Big patio with a table you can eat out on and look at the pool and beach/waves. Nice that there are no fast food restaurants or any chain stores nearby. Rent a moped or bikes and leave your car at the condo. Seagrove and surrounding areas are perfectly clean. Looks like each house was just painted that day. Reminded of us The Truman Show and then found out it was filmed nearby. We will definitley be back.

We have been going to Seagrove beach for many years. This was our first time at Dunes of Seagrove. We were very happy with the facilities. The pools were wonderful for the children, and the ease with which we could get to the beach was great. It was wonderful, too, to have the complimentary 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach each day without having the hassel of rental. The condo was clean and well-kept. It was pleasing to look at and very well-equipped with electronics and kitchen utinsels. We definitely will stay at the Dunes of Seagrove again. It was convenient to the activities at Seaside and to bicycle rental. We enjoyed our stay, and Garrett Realty was good to work with.

I enjoyed for the second years in a row. I stayed in unit 203C. Overall very well maintain property. The pool was always clean and well kept up. On the negative side, the exercise room could use some updating - I would ask that you have your yard cleaning crew/contractor use quieter blowers - that was the only bad comment I had. I would be interested to rent again from Garrett - same unit for the same time of the year June 5th to June 12th next year. Please send me a quote so I can reserve it in advance.

One year, while driving on a long trip, I asked a question of each member our family of seven.(Ages 50-8 years) "Which vacation that we have taken do you like the best?" Each member replied that they liked Seagrove, Florida the best. So each year we pack the car and drive 22 hours and go there. It works for all of us. We spend our money on a ocean view condo and live in it all week. We go to the beach, swim in the "heated" pool, go into the hottub, play tennis, ride our bikes on the bike paths and cook all our meals in the condo. We watch movies and play games and have a glass of wine each night while watching the sun set. Sometimes if weather permits, we even fish on the beach. This condo is very nicely decorated, has the right things in the kitchen, and has plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. It is nonsmoking. It is safe. The key to a good condo besides these things I have mentioned is comfortable furniture. This place has it. Not all places do. I know. We have been renting for years and feel Dunes of Seagrove 110A is almost perfect. It needs a little more dresser space in the master bedroom to be perfect. But it gets our vote.

This was a great condo at a reasonable price (especially off season). It was furnished nicely, but not so fussy that you felt uncomfortable kicking your feet up or letting the kids run around. My kids loved the cubby in the hallway with the "secret" bunkbeds. The condo was right on the beach, had an amazing pool, and was really close to a lot of good restaurants and nature preserves. We hope to stay here again soon.

This was the first time I had ever booked a condo on line. I was very hesitant that once I got to the actual location it would not be as beautiful as the pictures. What a shock when we got there and it was every bit as beautiful if not more so! Absolutely, the best vacation experience ever. The Garret people were so nice and helpful. I will be coming back again!

My family of five recently stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove unit 205A. The huge pools were a big hit with my children and the buildings are right on the beach as well. We went back and forth from the beach to the pools for the entire weekend. It was fantastic. The property is extremely well maintained and the condo we were in was clean and well kept. We definitely recommend renting from Garrett Realty. They are professional and dependable.
