My family and I had a wonderful time staying in 12H! There were 4 adults and 2 small children and we were all very comfortable. We liked the fact that the balcony overlooked the pool and the grounds are beautiful!! Beachwood Villas is WONDERFUL for families! The short walk to the beach is not bad at all. We enjoyed walking to Seaside for ice cream and watching the plays at the ampitheater. A tv in the master bedroom and internet connection would be nice additions. We vaction in this area every summer and will definetly be back to this condo.

I have been staying at Beachwood since 1994, this was my first time in a 3BR. This unit was nice, the best part was that the decor was not beach decor and the table wasn't glass. Loved having all the room. Right at the pool and very well taken care of. As always, my stay in Seagrove was so good I hated coming home.

My family recently stayed at the Beachwood Villas managed by Garrett Realty Services and really had a great time. My mom, one brother and his wife and son, a sister and her husband, and another sister, along with my husband and myself rented two villas for three nights. My nephew was getting married on the beach that weekend. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The villas were clean and well taken care of. We had absolutely no issues with the villas, both were on the bottom floor which I was pleased with. I don't get to spend much time with my family because we are scattered from Mississippi to Florida to Alabama to South Carolina, and we have one sister who lives in Germany. So we really enjoyed the weekend and are making plans to make this an annual event and will be using Garrett Realty as out contact for accommadations. This is actually our second stay in a Garrett Realty managed property (had a family reunion two years ago and rented two large villas at that time) and we were very please the first time, also. I'd like to also add that the people at Garrett Realty were very friendly and very helpful.

Loved the beach community and that everything was nearby for walking or riding bikes. Didn't know you had to rent bikes ahead they were all rented while we were there. The condo at beachwood villas had all the amenities we needed, cute beachy decor in bed, bath and kitchen. Just the right size for my husband and I. Great porch with furniture, enjoyed heated pool. Short walk to beach, and good price. We would like to return, enjoy our time with you. Deb

We rented a condo at Beachwood Villas during a 4 days vacation at Seagrove Beach. I loved it! We loved it! Better than I expected. The condo was clean, and better than the pictures we saw on line. I really like the fact that it is a family friendly community....There is lot of accesses to the beach. I planned to go back to Seagrove. It was our first time there and it will not be our last.

This was the second time my daughter and I traveled to Seaside and the second time we stayed at the Beachwood villas. We have been pleased with our experience both times. The condos are nice and clean. The area is very quiet and peaceful, very relaxing. We intend to return again. The service we received from Garrett Realty was very friendly and helpful.

Seagrove Villas 9B was a wonderful place for 1 or 2 guests. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed, especially for the price. Proximity to the pool and tennis courts was excellent and the complex was very quiet. The carpet needed a serious steam cleaning, especially in the bedroom, and the condo need a new toaster that worked.

Nicely renovated, 1 br across 30A from the beach. Perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, or 2 smaller children. Flight of stairs might be difficult for older persons or families with very young children. A great deal if you don't need a lot of room and don't mind crossing 30A to get to the beach. We had friends at Beachcrest, and sat with them in their chairs on the beach.

Another mother and I took our daughters plus 4 other 16-year-olds to Seagrove Beach for Spring Break. None of us had ever been there before but my family used to go to Destin so I knew if Seagrove was close to Destin, we would enjoy it! We had a blast! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. It was close to the heated pool, which worked out great since the weather was a little cooler than we expected. We all got plenty of sun! We went in to Panama City Beach to shop for a day and also back again another night to eat dinner. We also went to Seaside twice and the girls LOVED it there!! So many kids their age, so they had a blast!! I would highly recommend Beachwood Villas...especially for the price. We were able to spend less going to Florida than my son spent going to Wrightsville Beach right in our home state of North Carolina! The girls have already said they would like to go back again to the same place! We'll see...that's another year away!

We enjoyed our 6 weeks in 7c. The unit is bright, well maintained and well equipped. The decor is beachy. Good bed and comfortable chairs. We appreciated the internet access. Wouldn't rent a unit without it. Building 7 is close to the walk way to the beach. Most evenings we went over to look at the lovely sunsets. In the winter there is an active snowbird group at Beachwood. Some of the people have been coming to Beachwood for 20 years! We enjoyed the tennis and fitness classes. There are lots of other activities as well. Pool was heated the last week of our stay. We found Garrett Realty staff well organised and professional. Any questions were taken care of almost instantly. Wouldn't hesitate to rent 7c again.

We have stayed in 3-D for the past 2 years. The unit is beautiful and very well maintained. I love how clean it is and the furniture is all in such good shape. We're fearful we're going to have to find another unit since our kids are much bigger and my son can no longer fit on the loveseat to sleep.

I am a local who lives about an hour from Seagrove, and this is the third time I have stayed at the Beachwood Villas for a girls' weekend. I have always rented from Garrett Realty, and our units have always been neat, clean, and very economical as they sleep many. The location is perfect as it isn't far from Seaside, Grayton Beach, and the beach access is just across the street. Oh and Cafe 30A (one of my all-time favorite restaurants) is just steps away. This year was no exception as we went to the 3 day long 30A Songwriters' Festival which was fabulous!

My finance and I stayed in this unit over the New Year's Eve holiday and it was just perfect. You can tell it's been recently remodeled with laminate flooring, new paint and modern furnishings. Kitchen was fully stocked with practically anything you could need (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), but watch out for the toaster! Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. This was an amazing value for the price we paid and we would stay here again!

We having been coming to Seagrove Beach for the past eleven years. We love the area. The past 4 years we have been staying at Beachwood villas. When call ing and setting up our vacation everyone is very nice and helpful. When we rent videos the lady was super nice. 5F was a very nice room had everything we needed. We like that it is close to the beach. We look forward to staying with you each year.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 12H. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean.The master bed was really comfortable. My girl friend and I walked in to Seaside for breakfast at the Great Southern Cafe and it was awesome!For dinner we had wine and toppas at Cafe Rendezvous and listened to the concert in the amphitheater. The weather and beach were fabulous.On Sunday the ocean was flat and really clear.My nephew and I surf fished and snorkeled.We found sanddollers and a lot of cool shells.There where Dolphins in the trough 50 yards from the beach.The coolest thing was the sea turtle that swam within 10 yards from us! We didn't want to leave on the last day.Wished that we could have stayed for a week.Oh well,maybe next time.

We stayed on the land side of 30A. Beautifully landscaped complex, nice tennis courts (2), and wonderful pools (2) and pool areas. The apartment, a one bedroom sleeps 4, was well designed and well kept, with a nice view of landscaped greenery and the pool. Beachfront is nice, but the price was right, and the walk short. The Garrett personnel were efficient and effective, if a bit less than friendly (perhaps they were busy). All in all, a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

The condo was decorated nicely and fully furnished. We did have one issue with the commode, but got it resolved. The only other issue was the location, but that is because one of our occupants has mobility problems. All in all I would recommend this property to others.

The house was clean. It's in good proximity to the sea, but it will take you atleast 200 yards, instead of 100 yards what they advertise. I was expecting a little bit more hospitalism like atleast couple of dish detergent, cloth detergent, trash bags. I had to buy all of them for 3 days stay. TV does not work in the bedroom. Overall it's OK experience. I may not stay here for the second time. But if the budget is tight, we may re-consider.

The folks @ Garrett were awesome! My husband and I stayed there with our 8 and 3 year old boys. Next year (we will definitely be back) - we'll opt for a lower level unit with a washer and dryer. Be sure to bring extra towels from home unless you want to do laundry while you're there. The only complaint we had was the sheets on our bed were full of sand when we turned down the bed! Gross!! Beyond that - we had a great stay and will definitely be back next year. Seagrove is exactly what we were looking for. None of the hubbub of PCB or Destin. Nice, family oriented - great place!!

Once again, our service by Garrett Realty was good (we've been using Garrett for about 8 years now at Seagrove Beach).

Only two issues this visit:

1. One of the reasons we continue to stay at Beachwood Villas is for the tennis. However, during this stay, we could never get the lights to work for us at night, even with the key, and turning them on and off, so we were not able to play at night.

2. Our unit was nice and comfortable, but our teens had to sleep in the floor because the sleeper sofa was unsleepable because of bad springs, support, mattress, etc. So, it made for a long week for them sleeping in the living room floor.

But we have enjoyed each of our visits to Seagrove Beach, and to Beachwood Villas.

We really enjoyed our vacation in seagrove beach. The town is clean and quaint and close to the store and bank(Regions) Overall the condo was in good condition. The grounds were beautiful and we liked how close to the beach we were. Also the pools were clean and it was nice to have the option to play tennis or shuffle board. Some things not so great were no washer/dryer in the unit we rented and the coin opperated machines by the pool had limited access between 8am-8pm. I didn't want to miss a second with my kids so laundry piled up. Also the shower controls were messed up in the kids bathroom so finding hot water was a challenge and no one used that bathroom. I would definitely stay here again, but I would look for a unit that has a washer/dryer. It was an excellent value and a trip that we will never forget!

As always Beachwood is my favorite. I must say I can't compare it to others because since I started staying here at least 13 years ago I have not stayed at any other property. It always surprises me that even with the age of this property it is very well taken care of. As for 5C, it was nice however if you are caught in the room because of weather the TV is the size of one for the kitchen. This unit has had some remodeling and looks wonderful. Thank you Garrett also for making reservations and check in/out easy. You guys are wonderful. See you again September 8th. I would also recommend just coming to the area no matter where you stay. My daughter who is 23 calls this our escape place. We go here when we just need to have a quiet relaxing vacation. It isn't a place for someone who wants to go sightseeing the entire time, it is a place to refresh and recharge yourself. We try to come down at least once or twice a year, we even have a recurring trip with my mother and sisters in September just to spend quality time away from our busy lives together.

I feel that your company was very easy to deal with; from the making of the reservation to the check out. They were clear in the billing( No hidden fees), the description of our condo and its surroundings. The condo was clean and in good shape except for a ripped pillow. The location was convienient to the beach and the pool. We enjoyed using the grill but could have used a grill brush and better utensils for cooking. Our favorite part of our stay was being able to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about the accomodations that we stayed in. Everything worked properly and we felt that we were in a safe environment. My least favorite thing was having to leave. My only negative that we have is that my daughter left her boogie board at the pool and someone took it instead of turning it in to the office. Not your fault but dissapointing none the less. The condo was very nice. It was set up and ready for us when we arrived. The home was decorated and arranged like we were at home. It was at a convenient location with quick access to the beach. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room. It made coming home a lot less work! We hope to get the same condo on our next vacation.

Grandma came from Ohio to visit w/ us in Mississippi... We planned a quick trip over to Seagrove during the busiest season of the year. We wanted something affordable, beach access w/ swimming pools. The peeps at Garret Realty were awesome & happy to accommodate us w/ all the necessary details for our last minute trip! Beachwood Villas were as neat & clean as a pin! We had a one bedroom w/ a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room & it was actually COMFORTABLE! The interior design was somewhat dated, but it was all in EXCELLENT condition, the place smelled fresh & it was SPOTLESS! Best of all, we made great memories & the price was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend this little slice of heaven! :-) Have a great vaca folks! :-)

Wow, we were so happy with this unit and it's features. Nice king size bed; loved the garden area outside of the; VERY quiet and family friendly complex and the beach was just across the street. We especially liked being able to drive 2 minutes to Seaside for dinner and shopping but NOT having to pay Seaside prices for lodging!

We have been coming to Beechwood Villas since the Summer of 1986,so we can easily say it is like Paradise to us. We have gone to other places as well but always we come back to Seagrove. Even with it's extreme growth and change, we still think it is the closest thing to "old Florida" around. Ironically, 50 years ago, when I was 5 years old, my family rented a lone pink cinder-block beach house in Seagrove and I can remember that vacation as well. We love Beechwood Villas, we have loved renting from Garrett Realty, our accomodations have always been adequate for our family of 6. But I am sad to report that this summer the office was rude on 2 occasions to my son who is 29 and has grown up with only fond memories of Seagrove and positive thoughts of Garrett. Unsure if we will go back there next time.

The Beachwood Villas provide quiet, inexpensive, "old school" beachside accommodations that are modern and comfortable, but are not fussy. The pool and tennis courts are very nice, and the landscaping inside the property grounds is very attractive. The beach is directly across the street. If you want to stay in a soulless, high-rise development with 10,000 other guests, then the Beachwood Villas aren't for you. But if you want to stay someplace that isn't crowded, with stores and restaurants within walking distance, then the Beachwood Villas will fit the bill nicely.

We enjoyed our vacation at the Beachwood Villas. Unit 13D was very nicely decorated and updated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pools as well. This was our second time at the Villas and we would recommend this property.

What wasn't so good... A few things were apparent when we arrived at our Unit 10H. The master bath looked like the cleaners had not finished it yet. The mirror had not been cleaned. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom. As well, the outdoor furniture was filthy and the balcony was not even swept. We had a very late check in so we weren't rushing them. As well, having rented other units, I was a little disappointed in that this unit 10H was a little smaller than 10C which I had rented in 2008. Also the master bedroom of 10C had its own TV. Perhaps there is a price differential, so that is fine. It's just good to know that. I would like to see some of these added features listed in the unit descriptions on line, so we have some choice. As well, this unit had a few basics missing like an egg flipper. We had to buy one. This may seem petty but maybe you don't know that someone took one or lost it so every renter just keeps buying their own as we did and takes it home. Good things - the matresses on the beds were very comfortable. We were pleased with that. As well the place was very quiet. As usual, the property was clean and well landscaped. Garrett staff were also helpful as usual. My family has been coming to Seagrove Beach and Beachwood Villas for nearly 20 years. We love it and we are so comfortable there. that's why I chose that title. We think the Florida Panhandle is still an undiscovered gem. Enjoy!

this unit was very comfortable except for the elephants upstairs, it sounded like a wrestling match. location to the beach and restaurants was excellent. would recommend this location to anyone, and we will return! please fix the storm door (very squeaky and would not shut)

Beachwood Villas 5C is great for a small family of 4. It's convenient to the beach and the grocery store. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked. The only complaints I have are the bed and the number of washcloths/towels. The was extremely hard and uncomfortable. For a place that sleeps 4, 6 washcloths are not enough without having to pay to do laundry every day (which can become costly). Overall, my stay here was good. However, would not stay there again because of the above mentioned items.

We stayed in 3E of Beachwood villas and we loved it. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the grounds and the pool and it was very family oriented and quiet at night. Destin is too crowded, and too much traffic from what I hear. I didn't even go there while we were in Florida. I'm getting information on Destin from others. We used to go to Destin, but haven't been there in years. We loved the 30-A area. I loved the fact that it is a two lane road. We thought Beachwood Villas was great. I got lucky, I didn't know until we arrived that Condo 14G was downstairs, and on the end of the building. My wife was very pleased with the condo, so I didn't get in trouble with her. We'll be back! The service we received dealing with Garrett Realty was very professional. I receieved a response to my request VERY fast and after booking received my packet within a few days. We loved the condo. Very nicely decorated and new kitchen and appliances. LOVED HAVING AND WASHER AND DRYER WITH TWO KIDS! The condo had very close beach access. we went twice a day even with a stroller. The kids loved the pool and we were able to grill out every night right outside the patio. The only complaint we had was the king size bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa and let the kids have the king bed. LOL. We made some very nice memories this summer. Thank you!

This was a wonderful stay as always at Beachwood Villas. This year we shared it with all of our children and grandchildren. But it went by too quickly. The kids shared a 3 bedroom and we enjoyed a one bedroom. The kids were located only steps from the pool by choice and it was a great decision as most of the time was either on the beach or in the pool. The homes were clean, cool,convenient, and comfortable. We have no complaints or suggestions. We believe that we have been staying in Garrett properties now for 19 years. Thanks!

we stayed in villa 7C for four days and did not want to leave. The villa was perfect for my husband and myself. Clean, roomy and close to beach. Although i found myself probably spending more time at the pool, which was very quiet compared to the beach. Tom Thumb was right across the street, so anything that we forgot was purchased without having to go for a car ride. Will definately return. For the price you cant beat it.

Beachwood Villas 4E is a very nice unit that is literally steps to the sandy beach. We were very surprised when we sat on the veranda at how calm and quite it was. The landscape is beautiful and the unit is updated and nice. Needs a few more cooking utinsels but had enough to get around the kitchen. I was amazed at how nice it was for such a reasonable price. We will stay here again. You can't go wrong with this unit.

Place was exactly what we wanted. Right by the beach, close to Sea Side, stores, and shopping. Pools are nice, tennis courts are great, landscaping is nice, front desk people helpful, all good! Only thing wrong was, we had no paper towels for the kitchen.

We have been staying at Beachwood Villas for many years and have found it a wonderful experience. We like: a the family atmosphere b. the well-kept grounds and pools c. the condos are neat and although not "fancy" they are comfortable and suit our needs d. the area is conducive to biking, shopping, and a Publix as well as the Seaside community which is lovely at night on the green. We are well pleased with the unit and plan on many more good years with our two daughters and their families. It is great to wake up, drink coffee together, spend the day at a great beach ( not too crowded), have pool time, and go crabbing at night. We have never encountered rude or loud guests and think the price is right. We have recommended Beachwood to many others. Carole

Our family has been staying in Beachwood Villas for 8 years! We love this complex for so many reasons! The affordability factor is #1! Location is excellent! Grounds are immaculate. 2 pools! Shuffleboard! Close to everything - including Seaside! Highly reccommend this complex to anyone who wants an affordable vacation on 30-A! Easy walk to the beach! The gorgeous water of the Emerald Coast is unbeatable! This particular unit could use some new blinds - as they do not block any light, however. Also, some new cooking items in the kitchen & some new tupperware would be a great addition!

We just spent 3 nights at Beachwood Villas 12H. It was our first time to the Fort Walton area. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked... except a non-stick skillet would be a huge plus. We did not mind the short walk to the Gulf. The online pics truly show the beauty of the well decorated rooms. The master bed was very comfortable. I was VERY disappointed though that hedge trimmers, edges and mowers woke us up at 7:00AM the first morning we were there and did not stop until 2:00 in the afternoon! It was awful and I was upset about that. We could not even hold a conversation on the deck with our guests because of all of the noise and activity. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Not enough! We had to go buy some. Oh, and you will need to bring your own coffee filters. The deck furniture wasn't that comfortable. Looks good, but not too comfy to relax in. A TV in the Master Bedroom would be nice too. All in all we had a great trip and will consider returning next year.

This is a beautiful condominium and all in all we had a wonderful stay. The bad thing was at 7:00AM the very first day of our vacation we were treated to the drone of hedge trimmers, sidewald edgers, and mowers right outside our window! All this noise and activity went on until around 2:00PM!! 7 hours!!!! We couldn't even hold a conversation on the porch that overlooked the pool. I was very disappointed about that.

Very convienent location to Seaside or Rosemary. We rode bikes to Seaside everyday. Easy beach access..beach is across the street. Unit was clean and comfortable...however it did not have a dvd player and we would have liked to watch a movie with the kids one night. Would definitely go back.

All of our vacation rental properties have at least one DVD in the unit. For this Beachwood Villa Unit 10H the DVD player is built into the side of the flat screen TV.

Unit was excellent, the beach was right across the street. Here at Seagrove the beach access points are well spaced with walkovers which makes for a lovely vacation. The bike/walk paths run alongside 30A and are so handy! The complex we stayed at was neat, with several well thought amenities. The Garrett Realty staff were great! Definitely returning.

Great location, within a walk to the beach and the local resturants. 2 pools, one was heated, both were well maintained. The tennis court, laundry room, and other facilities were also well maintained. The Garret Realty staff were very good. And the olther other guests and residents at the Villas were all very nice. One family had a big day long reunion and cooked out by the pool, but they broke it up by about 10Pm. They were happy but not loud & obnoxious. Good location to travel up and down 30A & 98.

Great Spring Break for our family...Mom, Dad and 2 teenage daughters. Accomodations were very comfortable and the price was excellent. We will keep this property in mind for future trips to the Gulf.

We had a wonderful time at the Beachwood Villas. We have stayed at the Villas before and it's alway been a pleasure. The Villas are close to the beach and right next door to a "Quick-Mart", so everything is conveniantly located. Sea Grove is off the beaten tourist path so it's easy to relax on the beach, but it's still conveniant to Panama City or Destin if you want to visit attractions. Everything was in order when we arrived, and Garret Realty takes care of everything. We'd definitely recommend these Villas - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach.

Cozy comfortable Condo. It is very close to the Beach and had 2 great Pools. The Washer and Dryer are a walk away and you have to pay with Quarter, that might not be so great. It is downstairs, nice Garden.

These apartments are across the highway from the beach. Very convenient. Easy walk. This was a one bedroom with a pullout sofa. We stayed with our two young daughters for a long weekend and attended a wedding in Seaside. We all had a nice time.

Our stay was very nice. The grounds were very well landscaped. We loved the shuffle board at sunset.The location is fantastic. The section of beach was clean, close, and easy. I will be back for sure.

This is our 4th year at Beachwood Villas, and we continue to enjoy our time in the south. One suggestion to improve: Beachside Villas has added solar heating and the use of a pool cover, making the pool useful in Feb; a good low cost improvement. Aside from this, we were very pleased (again)

Although the weather didn't cooperate as well as we would have liked, we had a great week at Beachwood Villas. The two pools are right outside our door and the beach access is right across the street. This particular unit was decorated in very inviting colors. It had new furniture and was well stocked with any type of appliance you would need. This is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and water. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience Seagrove Beach.

The location of this unit gives you fabulous access to the beach. It is obvious this unit has been recently refurbished. 5F is just charming! My kids are already begging to go back!
