This condo had what we needed: clean beds & kitchen, convenience, and location (close walk to the beach). The kitchen was sparsely furnished (no tupperware for leftovers), but that was no big deal.

Great condo. It was nice to be on the 3rd floor with no worries of loud upstairs neighbors. Also, most of the windows had a nice view. My only suggestion would be that guests bring their own paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent. I think that if these items were available in a sufficient quantity, our stay would have been perfect.

We've been coming to Seaside for over 20 years. This was our first stay in Beachside Villas, The condo was nice and well equipped. Great view. We will definately consider renting here again.

My husband, 2 children (ages 4 and 11) and I stayed at this condo for a week and had a wonderful, restful vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and it is only a short walk to the beach!! We enjoyed playing in the ocean, picking up seashells, and then coming back for a playtime in the pool (also a short walk from the condo). We also enjoyed having breakfast out on the porch each morning---very peaceful. I also enjoyed preparing meals in the newly remodeled kitchen and the kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools and coloring or talking to me as I worked.

We arrived late and our key was waiting for us(always worry about that) at the on site office. Formally checked in the next morning by a very pleasant and accommodating woman(sorry I didn't get the name). The unit was small and older, but met our quick getaway needs exactly. Everything was clean comfortable. The only negative was that the tv's were both very small and a bit antique, but I didn't go to watch tv. Beach access was a short walk on property and very convenient. There were two pools, both in great condition and heated just enough to make it feel great in the morning. The location of the condos are a bit hidden, but that is exactly what we wanted. We could get to anything we wanted, but it wasn't right in our faces. Overall this was a great quick escape, and we will absolutely be back to this property.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside Villas. Our unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It's a great location and only a short walk to the beach! The pool was also convenient and provided hours of fun for our son. We would definately consider returning to Beachside Villas for our future vactions! It was a little beyond our price range, but the experience made it worth it! The service was very personable and helpful. A minor maintenance problem was performed immediately upon our request. It's a great family community and doesn't have all the hustle and bustle of most spring break locations. I would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!

I just picked this place out on the internet. It was clean and had plenty of space for 4 persons. It was very nice to have a full kitchen and dining room table with room for 6. Wireless internet was easy to use. The walk to the beach was just a few hundred yards, with pools even closer than that. The managers were very helpful in encouraging the staff to finish cleaning our unit when we arrived a few hours before the scheduled check-in time. Only incoveniences were VCR/DVD was not connected properly so I had to re-connect, and the kitchen wall alarm clock went off at 6AM on day one. I trust that these were isolated events. We would surely consider a return trip!

my husband and I stayed here for two weeks in Feb. It was perfect for us. The living room is a little small for more than 2 people. Great location- convenient to everything on 30A. First floor - no steps...close to beach. Probably coming back next year.

This is the 6th year we have stayed at Beachside Villas the week after Easter. There are reasons we keep coming back and we certainly know and enjoy exactly what we are getting. In the past, we have waited until the last minute to book the condo and have been able to take advantage of a significant savings, I think it has been about 20%. This year we booked early and it was more expensive. It would be great to see you give a price break to those of us who have been loyal for so many years with a early booking discount. It was a great vacation and we actually had family in another unit in the same building. We are planning to come back to seagrove next year as well and possibly in August.

We had a great time and cant wait to go back. We have stayed in afew different units at Beachside Villas over the last 8 years but this was the first time in 331. It was very nice and we will try to get it another year. Great veiws, great weather and great seafood. If you have never been to the area treat yourself but please don't tell other people about it.

We had a great time at the Beachside Villas 133! We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room for all of us. It's a short walk to the beach and right next to the tennis courts and pool where the kids could play.

Our stay was extremely delightful. The room was very clean and fit all our needs. Easy access to the pool and beach. We really liked the low-key family atmosphere. It was quiet and not busy like tourist areas. The staff was great. Very accomadating with our arrival after office hours. Easy instructions posted regarding who to call to get the key and arrange payment for the following day.Very relaxing atmosphere which is what we planned for this trip. We had my 8 month old granddaughter with us and could not have asked for better accomadations for an infant.This was my first ever condo stay and this is the way to go. We had 5 adults and plenty of room for everyone. The grounds and pool were very nicely maintained. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was more spacious than we imagined. LARGE master bedroom was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/appliances, etc. Only problem was it didn't have a non-stick skillet, so cooking eggs and pancakes was a mess. Nice big deck w/sliding glass doors from master and living room. It was great to spend Spring Break here. It was away from the crowds of Seaside, but close enough for a quick drive or a nice bike ride. Close drive to Rosemary Beach as well. Beaches were beautiful! Only drawback was we had an obstructed view of the ocean, but it was still great! Lots of families were renting, which was nice. We would recommend this condo to our friends, and we would rent again!

Our condo was ready by noon, several hours earlier than expected. Check-in at the on-site Beachside Villas/Garrett Realty office was quick and efficient. #923 was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the nice carpet in living room and master bedroom. (Most units have tile throughout.) The Beachside Villas complex is quite plain, but well maintained. The best part is that it is situated several blocks off of 30A on the gulf side...so it was away from traffic and commotion. #923 backs up to a pond. Too bad the balcony overlooks the parking lot, instead of the pond. Also, note that the unit is one of the farthest "in-land" in this complex, so it's a bit of a walk to the beach. Could be a long walk for small children. Overall, it was a good value.

We have been traveling to the Destin/Santa Rosa area for the past three years and love it. The beach property is quiet enought ands the property is very well maintained. The area is lovely, people are firendly and there are a lot of family related activities. Just wish we could go more often.

Loved the location with the boardwalk and beach out the window. The unit (612) needs some serious upgrading. Inside it looks like a Motel 8 back in the 1990s. I would take the gulf view over the decor, but both would make the visit a 5-star.

We stayed at Beachside Villas #621. We were delighted to find that we were one of the few units with an unobstructed beach view. For us, that was worth the price right there. The villa itself was fine- nothing fancy, but very clean and had enough space for six comfortably. The living room area is very small, but functional for 3-4 people at a time. The unit does need a little work and updating. The carpet is very worn in certain areas and the vertical blinds on the patio doors are very hard to operate. The seals on the master bedroom windows are broken so the view from there is clouded, but would be fabulous with new windows. The master bath shower is great- felt like I was getting a massage every time I showered! The walls are very thin, so there was some noise from the unit above us, but not too bad. The beach is just steps away from the unit and is absolutely beautiful. People were very friendly and the Garrett Realty agents were very helpful. We went during Spring Break and my two fifteen year old's and their two friends had an absolute blast. There were lots of other kids at Beachside Villas, and the tennis courts and pool are nice pluses. The only downside to the pool for us was that is was very cold. We were told it was heated, but it was not. If the weather had been warmer that would not have been an issue though. We rented bikes and rode into Seaside almost daily. It is about 4 miles or so, not far at all on a bike. The bike trail is nicely maintained and MOST people get the whole "ride on the right, pass on the left" rule. :) The town is cute and quaint, a little pricey, but not ridiculous. It felt very safe, which was great for our teenagers who wanted space from Mom & Dad. There were a lot of college kids there during Spring Break, but we did not see anything loud or raucous going on. We've stayed here before and found this condo amazingly clean and neat. The view from the balcony was really nice, we could hear the waves and all the wonderful sounds of the beach. Our kids enjoyed heading out to the beach and spending all day playing in the sand, and they really enjoyed the pool. This area is very family oriented and pleasant and the staff is very nice. We keep coming back because of this.

We've stayed at Beachside Villas several times, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this area is! The condo itself is very clean, we had plenty of room to hold all 7 of us, and everything in this condo was in order. The view isn't too bad at all, it's so relaxing to just sit on the balcony at night. The staff has always been the best - they are always very friendly and very helpful. The pools are kept clean and the grounds are immaculate. We continue to return here because this is a family-oriented place and it's so much fun for the kids!

My family, fience, and I stayed in this unit in early November 2009 and it was beyond words. The unit is beautifully decorated, quite, very comfortable, and is a perfect distance from the beach. Everyone was so helpful and considerate and Mike, the caretaker was very accomodating. I cannot say enough about it!! VERY worth it! We plan to return in June for our honeymoon!

What can I say except it was fabulous. Our condo couldn't have been any closer to the beach, and what a beach it was:- white sugar sand, warm gulf waters and plenty of privacy. The Beachwood staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Our condo was well equipped and tastefully decorated. We had the prettiest dishes and even signed prints on the wall. The clubhouse was great. Unfortunately we had to leave mid January and only got to meet a few of the regulars. Did get to attend a few activities. Looking forward to coming back this November. Hoping for warmer weather and a warmer pool.

As of Nov. 15, 2009, this unit has been updated with new living room furniture, flat panel tv, new stove, new microwave, new drapes, and has been totally refreshed. The view from this unit is incredible, and the boardwalk is very accessible. A walk on the sugar-sand beach, a dip in the gulf, or a swim in the pool -- it's all just steps from the door. Enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins dive in the surf; have refeshments and view a beautiful sunset in evening! Many happy times have been had here, and many more are planned!

Upon arrival the Garrett Realty staff was extremely helpful and professional. We enjoyed the condo; it had ample room for our family (including two children under 4), 2 baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, great view from the balcony of the gulf, and the beach was a two minute walk from our condo. We were there in October and the beach was not crowded, great place for families with children. We found great places to eat within a few minutes drive for dinner each night, with a major grocery store only 4 miles from the condo. We had all we needed. Great time and plan to return in the future.

Seven of us enjoyed the three-bedroom condo that sleeps 8 if you count the sleeper sofa in the LR. There is very little view of the ocean, but the balcony is large enough and has enough chairs for 6-8 people to enjoy the view of the other condos and houses in the area. The walk to the beach is not far, and there are two nearby lakes which were fished by one of our sons. (Access to one of the lakes is challenging: wear shoes) Pool and tennis courts were also nearby. Service- the email sent by the office gave us all the information we needed to be able to enter the apt. after hours upon arrival. The condo is not fancy, but it is clean and attractive. We love the location where there are very few highrises and where lots of natural landscape still flourishes. Liked best- lots of room for the price Liked least- no storage for food in the kitchen. Great family atmosphere-- lots of kids on bikes and on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

At first we were disappointed about location but we ended up feeling very much at home in the Condo 411 it was so so cute.. lots of wonderful creative ideas and nice warm colors and all the comforts of home. It was the first time in 11 years since my 3 children had been with us all at once so it was terrific.. the beach was nice the people were wonderful in the office.. A few little things were missing from the condo. The receptionist at the property promptly replaced them and showed a keen interest in making sure my family was comfy. It was a perfect economical vacation for these tough times. The water was perfectly clear and warm. The beach was not taken up by chair vendors. I have been on other beaches where one could not find corner because of the unrented chairs and umbrellas. These properties rented for at least double the price of Beachside Villas. The pools were very well maintained and quiet. I can't wait to return to this property!!!

Beachside Villas 631 is a very nice villa and the location for those appreciating proximity to the beach and a lovely view of the Gulf is excellent. We were not quite as pleased with the preparation of the villa for our visit. While sand is to be expected, we were a bit surprised that the floors were quite gritty on first entry. Additionally, several pots and pans were very obviously dirty and had to be washed before use. However, Garrett Realty Services personnel were great to work with. Though both pools are small, crowded at times and inconvenient to this particular villa, we felt lucky to be able to rent this villa on very short notice and hope to return in the future.

My family of seven went on a last minute trip to the beach. It was the best. The minute we checked in we knew it was friendly and going to be fun. We had five days of relaxation and just being able to enjoy each others company. The acomadations were all the comforts of home yet exciting and inviting. Our stay included 4 adults and 2 children under 6. The condo was clean and all appliances (including the dryer) worked perfectly. We had way more dishes and cooking utensils/pans than needed. However, the king size bed was uncomfortable. Our biggest complaint was the size of the unit. If this is a concern for you, be sure you are renting one of Beachside Villa's "bigger" 2 bedrooms. This is one of the "smaller" 2 bedrooms. A family of 3 could not sit together in the living room OR the dining area. This is why we will not stay at this unit again. But for an inexpensive, very short walk to the beach option, this condo was fine!

I was very pleased with the stay. It was very welcoming and pleasant. I really loved being right next to all the fun outdoor activities that the complex had to offer. Overall, we had a really nice stay there and the condo was nice. It was very close to the beach and it is a beautiful beach. Our only concern was that the building is such that when you are on the ground floor, you hear all of the footsteps in the unit above you. Our last two nights there we stayed under a couple with four kids (that seemed to like to run everywhere) and you could hear them constantly until 10 pm each night. Just something to be aware of.

We stay at BSV every year. We love Seagrove Beach and BSV is a great beachside location. This was our first time in unit 614. Decor tired and outdated, a little disappointing. Other units we've stayed in before have sometimes been more current. Although once you get all your belongings spread out, it really doesn't matter what the room looks like. Staff is always friendly. Property well maintained.

Although we enjoyed the facility, we were mislead when making our reservations. When making our reservations, we were were told we would receive beach service which included an umbrella and two beach chairs. However, when we arrived we were told there was no beach service included in the cost of the rental.

Beachside Villas is a FABULOUS location for a quiet family getaway. Even though we were there for one of the busiest beach weeks of the summer, it didn't feel crowded and is a great alternative to Panama City and Destin. The unit definitely needed some updating (tiles on the kitchen floor were cracked and loose, appliances were very old). But all in all, it was clean, it served our family's needs and we enjoyed the beach and lake right down the road.

We had a wonderful time in unit 632 at Beachside Villas. The decorations we nice, and the view from the large porch was wonderful. Also, the 2 and 1/2 baths, nicely split between the two non-master bedrooms, was very handy. I highly recommend this unit, as long as you don't have problems going up and down the stairs. The one caveat was that we had family staying on the first floor, so we could leave all of our sandy beach stuff down on their porch. If you go by yourself, you will have to lift chairs and boogie boards up the stairs to store outside your unit door. Not a big deal though! Overall, a wonderful unit! We will be back!

The room was clean and we were closer to the beach than we thought we would be! It was a great place. One thing I didn't like was our check-in. We traveled 9 hours with two babies and upon our check in we got to the office and there was a sign that read "at lunch". It was 3 in the afternoon. I walked around the building and peeped in the window and was "shooed" away as I saw the lady mouth "Didn't you see the sign? I'M AT LUNCH". She opened the door about 20 minutes later. I was not pleased and I let my husband proceed with the check in. But besides that, we had a great time. I would stay there again.

Yes, I'm spoiled. We loved our stay so much, that "going to the beach" means going to Seagrove. And nowhere but Beachside Villas 631 will do. The kids and I could go back and forth to the beach several times during the day, and my Mom could enjoy the beach from the balcony. My Mom enjoyed the decor; I know the lady this unit belongs to loves her place and it shows.

We very much enjoyed staying at Beachside Villas. Our particular villas did not have a view of the gulf, however, it was very much accessible for all of our family. The 2 bedroom unit was also very clean. the pool was great as well. The location is in between Destin and Panama City, so we hit both places while there. I would recommend staying here... We will be going back here next year!

The view from this unit is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the patio furnitures every evening while looking at the beautiful oceanview. The apartment itself had everything we needed but was a little worn out. A new front door would perhaps give a better first impression but then again it is such a small detail that you forget all about it when you see the view. This was our 3rd time staying at Beachside Villas but the first time we succeeded in getting an apartment in building #6. We will definately be back and hopefully in that building again.

Our family has been going to Beachside Villas almost every summer for the past 15+ years. The most beautiful beach within walking distance without crossing the main road. Also beautiful lakes all around. Tennis, 2 pools, great biking, walking, jogging paths on 30A. Between Destin and Panama City with lots of entertainment both places. We go cheap and cook in almost every night. There are grills all around the property for use, and it gives the men something to do! Great property for families with children. We had a great experience in Unit 522. This was our 4th stay at Beachside Villas and we keep getting closer to the gulf. This will probably be our final search for a unit though...this was perfect! The middle unit is spacious and has a great view. My only suggestion is since this is a family unit, maybe more tv's for the kids in the bedrooms. This kitchen was much more equipped than other's we've stayed in. Good selection of pots and pans for a shrimp boil!!! Garrett was accomodating considering we thought we were going to run late. Overall, GREAT experience.

7/29/09...we just returned from spending last week in Seagrove Beach. For the 3rd year in a row we rented a condo at Beachside Villas and managed to secure the coveted #632...a 3 bedroom/2-1/2 bath that has a spectacular view of the beach. There were 7 of us staying in the condo...my husband and I, our 3 teenage boys, and the 2 older boys' girlfriends. It worked quite well for our diverse group and it was wonderful being so close to the beach. So why didn't I give this condo 4 or 5 stars? It really needs some updating which I can imagine would be difficult when you have one of the most popular rental units at Beachside Villas. The draperies in the master bedroom do little to block out the light, the dryer squeeks and probably needs a new belt, one of the support legs on the queen beds collapsed and they had to put a cinder block under it, it's in need of more pots and pans to accommodate feeding the larger groups that rent it, and, although the unit sleeps 12, the dining room table only accommodates 4...how nice it would be to be able to seat at least 6. There's plenty of room for a larger table. I can't say if we would stay in that particular unit again. We were just as happy with #531 which we rented in June, 2008 and, although it only had 2 bathrooms, it was in better repair. However, I highly recommend Garrett Realty. They were wonderful about coming to fix the broken bed and replace several burnt out light bulbs. And, as always, it was a wonderfully relaxing vacation...one that I have recommended highly to all my friends. Bottom line...Beachside Villas is a terrific place to stay for a reasonable price. We will be back next summer for one of their 3 bedroom condos. I just don't think that we'll try so hard to rent #632. We did love the larger floorplan and will probably look for one like it in another building. FYI...the pictures that are on Garrett's website are very accurate so you can truly tell what the condos look like, including the view.

We stayed in 1231 with our boys (7 & 17 months); this is a great place. The condo has everything you need and was very clean; ours had a great gulf view from the balcony. This was my first time at the ocean and I can't wait to go back! Seagrove Beach is beautiful and we didn't want to come home!

The condo was clean and had a nice view. The only problem there was NOT ENOUGH HOT water! It said that it slept 11 people but the tank did not have enough for that many to get ready for a wedding held on the beach. Some took COLD showers.

I stayed at Beachside Villas with my daughter and two granddaughters, ages 4 years old and 10 months. Building One was right next to the beach access, so we had a short easy walk to the beach. Our villa was beautifully decorated. In fact, it's the prettiest place I've stayed in the last 10 years. We stayed at Seaside years ago, but got tired of the high prices, noise and long walk to the beach--across 30A. The only drawback to Beachside Villas was that the walls seemed a little thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps too clearly. But this was nothing major. I would definately stay in this unit again, but next time I am going to try for Buildings 5 or 6, since they are the closest to the beach. I will say that I could see a small portion of the ocean from our unit, and was glad to check on the color of the flag before heading out. The ladies who worked in the office were very friendly. We had a glitch coming in-- we checked in late and whoever we spoke to on the phone said that we weren't on the guest list. I almost flipped out, but after driving over to the office on 30-A, we got straightened out. We enjoyed side trips to Seaside, Pier Park in Panama City, the fountains next to Rosemary Beach, and Gulf World. The four-year-old loved the dolphin and sea lion shows. Our picture of her being kissed by a 600 lb. sea lion is priceless. I loved the family atmosphere. Having other children around made our stay very enjoyable. Our four-year-old made several new buddies, and many kind folks offered to hold the baby when our hands were full. I felt like the price to rent the villa was very reasonable and would stay again.

Garrett Realty office was helpful. Villa was an easy walk to the beach. Beach access had only three steps. Villa wasn't as clean as it should have been: for example: dead bugs were along baseboards,debris in floors Cooking utensils: non-stick utensils were provided, but cookware was metal (melting will occur). Villa owner was very helpful in providing assistance and keeping villa aesthetically pleasing.

while the kitchen was very well equipped there was virtually no room to store food items. cluttering counter tops with food items make for a dysfunctional kitchen. the rooms themselves were small but adequate. the drier did not dry very well the porch/deck area was virtually useless. the overall facility was excellent, well maintained, excellent location. would stay at the facility in the future. the realty service was excellent.

Beachside Villas is really nice and close to the beach. We stayed in unit 631 for a week and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach. This 3 bd 3 bathroom unit is plenty big and well kept for 6 people. Do not rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach service becuase they are ridculously priced. Go to publix in Seagrove and buy your own stuff, it will save you about $100 bucks. The best part of staying there is the beach. It is a very short walk down a board walk to sugar white sands and emerald waters. In the morning the water was clear but it did cloud up later in the day. Garrett Realty was great to rent from and they had the unit ready on arrival. Make sure you go to Panama City Beach to hang out at Pier Park. Avoid the crazy traffic in Destin, PCB is better. Great place, great beach, and great fun in Seagrove. Soak the 30A lifestyle, it is the best.

The view of the gulf and Eastern Lk were magnificient as well as the proximity of the beach to the unit was also a great feature. We do wish the tennis courts could stay open later. The caretaker obviously cares very much for the complex and has been very welcoming over the years. I felt a little shortened on our first day considering we had to wait past check-in time to get into our unit. It's a little disappointing that you're expected to out so early--that's almost like losing half a day considering the late check-in. This has been our 4th year and it's nice to see the same familiar faces on return. Another nice feature was the 12inch tiles used in the home, much better in appearance than the cheap-looking standard 6inch white squares. The showers were always warm and the in-unit washer/dryer are a must-have. I also appreciate that the grounds are so well taken care of with attractive flowers/shrubs.

Our family has been vacationing at SeaGrove for the last eight years. Each time we never want to leave. The accommodations at Beachside Villas are chosen often by our family. We like that it is geared towards families and we appreciate the short walk to the beach. This time in particular we had a spectacular view from our balconey.

This was my third visit to beachside villas and my second summer in a row. I thought about staying somewhere else this year, but when you know the place is clean, well decorated and with such a beautiful beach there was no reason to look elsewhere. My children are grown and these past two summers we have gotten together and spent a wonderful week together as adults,acting like children. The rooms are beautiful and the kitchens are well equiped and there is a local grocery close by. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with anything that I've needed. I recommend beaachside villas to anyone.

We love the atmosphere at this place. The staff is courteous, but mostly invisible. We have been coming to the same location for 7 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The home was lovely and comfortable, not stuffy or too dressed up, but just right. It is a great place to stay and we enjoyed the time so so much. We look forward to making this a yearly tradition, especially now that we have a new grandson. Thank you for all that you do to make it such a respite.

This was the 13th year we spend at Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach and the 4th year we stayed in unit 533. We like to consider it our home away from home. The condo is perfect for our family, including the grandkids. Weather was also perfect, rained one day for about 15 minutes. Our grandson would have liked some stronger waves, the green flag was out the entire week. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We arrived after hours - picked up keys in the late arrival box - no problem. Found our unit in excellent condition. Microwave was not working, but got a replacement unit the next day - very courteous service from office personnel. Unit was well equipped - dishes, towels, etc - and well maintained. Location was nice - off the beaten path but easy to find, no traffic to contend with - easy access to beautiful beach, and not crowded - just wonderful! Grounds were well maintained. We took advantage of outside grills and enjoyed some fresh salt water fish. Not being familiar with these properties beforehand, we wish we had chosen a unit with a better view of the Gulf (next time we will!), but we still had a great time. This was our grandson's (9 months old) first trip to the beach and he had a ball! Overall we were very pleased with our stay at BV and will most likely come again.

the front desk lady, jennifer? was really nice. the villa was nice, had all the amenities that i needed. there was something on the floor that made our feet black all the time. couldn't figure it out. the air conditioner went out once ;they came out very quickly to fix it. then it went out again the night before we left. the pool was nice, the one in the back was the best. no one was ever there except us. the heated pool was crowded, but the other pool was just as warm from the sun. the beach was mind blowing beautiful! i would recommend this place if they made sure the air was fixed. priced was fair.

We have been coming to Seagrove, and more specifically Beachside Villas since 1994 for our extended family summer vacation. This year we rented two condos for three families and a grandmother. The rooms were well furnished and in great condition, as always. There was free wireless internet, and a TV and DVD player in every room. The reason we come to Beachside Villas every year is that there is something for everybody. While we all enjoy some beach activities, my wife likes to lounge on the beach all day and read a book, the little kids enjoy playing in the pool, and the older kids and I like to play tennis in the evenings. And I hate to admit it, but I get just as excited as the kids when the Ice Cream Man comes around in the afternoon. There is also a place to play shuffle board. The only disappointment this year besides the tame waves (just the luck of the draw) was a bank of lights was out on the tennis courts, which rendered one of the courts unusable after dark, so we had to take turns on the one good court. I am sure they will have that fixed real soon, if not already.

This was the first time that my family and I rented from Garrett Realty but not our first rental in Florida. Very skeptical to try some place new but boy were we surprised. The condo at Beachside Villas was wonderful! My family of four thought that it was very clean even though it was a bit small compared to where we had stayed before. For the price that we paid, it was worth the stay. Not to mention, the two swimming pools were a big hit with our twin girls.

We had several issues with the experience. Upon arriving to the area the person who answered the phones (answering service) was not informed as to directions to our specific rental property. We had to drive around at night and ask directions at a gas station. WWhen I rented this property I was told this was beach front and IT IS NOT!! That was very disappointing! PLUS, the condo was too small. It was clean, but compared to other places I have stayed for the money this one would not be one I would want to revisit! Seagrove Beach itself was nice. I just wish I had shopped around more. I was the person who found this place for me, my husband and another couple. They trusted my judgement and though they didn't complain, they were disappointed with the misinformation we received. I have learned a valuable lesson.

This is a nicely decorated condo with a fabulous location. Everything I needed was there except an inside rug to wipe the sand off our bare feet. The tennis courts looked nice even though we did not use them. The beds were comfy and we easily slept 9 adults and teens. The pool was clean and convenient. This is an excellent location for a family atmosphere.

We were originally booked in another condo in the same complex but were moved the day of our arrival due to a problem with the orginal condo. The staff at Beachside Villas was incredible -- super nice, helpful, and professional. Unit 932 didn't have much of a view (parking lot) but was next to the pool, which my kids appreciated. The unit itself was fine, clean, and nicely appointed. There were no grilling utensils which was a bummer but we made do. Except for occasional noise from the pool, it was very quiet. Had a great time. Would definitely go back there.

Stayed week of Memorial Day, 2009. With me were my husband, daughter and her 2 girls, ages 11 and 7. The condo was very nice. The artwork and imaginative decor kept our attention in a good way! We really liked it. Of course the kids loved the pool and beach, as did all of us. One of the nice things about staying at the Beachside Villas (and this was our 2nd stay) is that if you have children with you, they can always find a friend or 2 at the pool or on the beach. The people are very friendly and the accomodations are comfortable. I know we will be back to this area of Florida again, and will always consider and look forward to staying at Beachside Villas again. We had a wonderful time. The weather was great, and the people friendly.

This was our 3rd year and we had another fantastic trip. Mike the caretaker is a huge assest to your community and he always takes a genuine interest in our families and does whatever he can to make our stay the best it can be. the only disappointment this year was we called for a late check-in around noon on 4/2 for that evening hwoever when we arrived the key was not in the drop box. I can appreciate mistakes happen and everyone was pleasant. I had hoped someone would have been willing to provide some sort of additional discount for that evening since after completing a 17hr drive we were left waiting for the on call person to arrive.

I have stayed at this Beachside Villas Many times over the last 10 years and have enjoyed every stay I do. I have brought my kids as well as some years let them bring friends and my mother has even come some years and we plan on coming again and again. When I haven't come one year it's only because I have gone farther south in FLorida to my dads and done the Disney thing. I totally love the area and if at srping break you are away from the spring break crowd unless you want to get messed up in it. So many good eating places within and hour each direction and shopping. Love it and great place to come again and again. HAve only had one time where the condo wants ready for us and had a little trouble but it was soon fixed and the fun began. I have recommeded Beachside villas to my co-nursing workers and some have even come and enjoyed it as well.

What a fabulous time and what a great place to stay. this unit was very nice, you can tell its not just a rental. the artwork and the personal touches made you feel like you were staying with family. the beaches were fabulous and made you feel like you were staying at an exclusive area. no high traffic area. Easy to bike to seaside and eat or shop or enjoy and the same for other prime entertainment areas. I highly recommend this unit and this area.

My husband and I have rented several times with Garrett Realty and have been pleased every time. Because we planned our trip at the last minute, literally the day of, we were thrilled to find availability on Memorial Day weekend. We are used to staying in more high-end places, but the villas were a very affordable, family-friendly place. It was a very short walk to the beach and has a couple pools to soak in after a long day in the sun and sand. We just wished the living area would have been a little larger, as it was even cramped for just the two of us.

We had a wonderful time. It was Great-Grandma, Grandma, Daughter, Son-in Law and the children. We walked on the beach and on the paths, played in the surf and just sat enjoying the view (it was a great view in Building 6). This is the second time that we stayed in here. The condo was close to the beach, just a short walk and it made it easy to bring the kids and all our gear. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched. We'd definitely recommend this condo - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach. We brought our own food and stopped on the way in to pick up last minute things at the Publix. We'll be back again and again. My advice is to bring extra towels with you, you will need them for the beach we washed and dryed ours every day. Even though there are towels provided by the cleaning service they are not for the beach. Enjoy... the family friendly place.

We stayed a week at one of the condos at Beachsde Villas. When we first arrived the condo that we had rented had some issues but the personnel quickly moved us to another condo. We ended up having a great time. The condo was close to the beach and the pool, this was a good thing since we a several children with us. We would definely rent with them again.

We have spent the last 12-13 winters at Beachside Villas and the past 2 winters have been spent in unit 1111. We would recommend Beachside to anyone looking for a friendly winter retreat. We have made so many friends who also come back year after year. Alice, Jennifer and Michael are all helpful and friendly. This particular unit is well equipped and having met the owners we would not hesitate to book this unit next winter.
