What a great place, lots of room, plenty of linens and everything you need. Close walk to the beach, What a fun time. Air conditioner was loud outside, but it sure was cool inside.

As the recent new owners of Beachside Condo 9 we have committed ourselves to making this unit one of the finest Beachside Gulf Front units. We appreciate your reviews which let us know where improvements are needed, and don't forget to let us know when you have had a positive experience and enjoyed your stay. The reason for this writing is to let everyone know we have done extensive remodeling throughout the unit including the master bedroom, the kitchen, the second bedroom, and the living room.The living room got new carpet, new furniture, a 46" flat screen TV, removal of the mirrored wall, and fresh paint. The kitchen has been freshly painted and updated.The master bedroom has been freshly painted and redecorated including new bedding. It really looks great. New blinds, pictures and new bedding have also been added to the 2nd bedroom. If you have not been a guest in Beachside 9 recently we know you will be very pleasantly surprised. There will be more updates and improvements coming soon. We promise to continue to maintain this unit to the highest standards.

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! Great beach access and balcony views. (Right on the Best Beach we have ever been to). The kitchen was really nice and clean, it had everything we needed. Had a real cosy feeling. Will definitly inquire about staying here next time.

Condo looked to be recently remodeled. The big flat screen on the wall is easy to see even with the bright sun. Linens were nice and clean. Hope to stay here next time.

This condo is in a great location and we absolutely love the area. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bedroom carpet is starting to show wear from the beach tar that is tracked in. The linens and towels provided were good quality and in very good condition. The back patio is very small, but the condo is so close to the beach, it doesn't matter. The complex and pool area are well-maintained. Garrett Realty was great to work with and made the whole process very easy and worry-free.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seagrove Beach and the condo certainly lived up to all our expectations. Beachside 6 was a great unit. It was obvious that the owners have taken great care to keep it updated and in great condition. The kitchen looked newly remodeled and was well stocked. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom faces the Gulf and there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Could not have asked for a better location; within walking distance to Seaside and right across the street from Seagrove Plaza, where we ate breakfast at A Few Good Apples and dinner at Bruno's Pizza. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again next year.

The ccndo was a nice clean place and decorated very cute. The only complaint is that all the electricity in the bedroom goes off when you turn off the switch. This includes the clock, lamp and tv. It would be nice to have all that separate.

We can't say enough good things about Seagrove and the whole 30A area. We just fell in love with everything. I keep telling everyone about it and how they should vacationing on 30A!!

My husband and I stayed here from March 4 until March 9 2010. (5 nights) We have found "our" place to stay when ever we come without the kids!(we need 2 bathrooms when we have the kids!) This condo feels much bigger since its on the top floor (3rd) so it has a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen/living room. Even though you are paying the 'beachside' price, you get an 'ocean front' view!! Granted, you can't look down far either direction of the beach, you can still see plenty of the water and beach! The owners have stocked the kitchen very well and everything looked new. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit is so handy! The bedrail to the upper bunk even looked handmade! The owners took great care with everything. (now if they could just buy some new pillows!!.....that was the only fault I could find) I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We always enjoy Seagrove Beach. The Condo is Gulf front to add to the enjoyment. Good restaurants nearby.

We stayed 2 months in condo #13 and had very good service from the maintenance dept. as well as the Garrett office. The painting and repairs on the exterior of the building gave it a face lift. I would mention that condo #13 has an odd assortment of pots, pans, and mixing bowls. And the flatware is very mixed. Overall, it was a good stay.

The service was great.The room was great,clean and in good order.The grounds,pool and beach access were well maintained.The laundry facilities could stand to be larger with maybe a few more machines.My family had a very good vacation while there.We would love to come back.Thanks alot.

The location was great and the condo offered a great value. Our only complaints were minor -- the garbage disposal didn't work and the mattress could be replaced -- but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would go back to the same development and unit.

we had a great experience, everyone was so nice and the condo was really clean and perfect for us and of course the price was great and the beach was incredible! this was our daughter's first beach trip and it was a great experience! the only two problems we had were the dvd player didn't work and when we dropped our key off the associate was rude to me and very sarcastic,but we would highly recommend garrett realty to anyone coming to the beach!

We stayed in Unit 11 at Beachside Condo in July. This unit was very, very clean, well furnished, and stocked! This unit has the Best beach view and Location! It's close to everything! It's perfect for a family! We had the best vacation! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Condo was great! Convienent, nicely decorated and accommadated our needs. The room with a queen bed and bunk beds was excellent for our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. We will definetly be back! Thank you for sharing!

We enjoyed our stay. Did not like the heating/cooling unit on balcony. Also, we didn't know there wasn't an elevator in this complex. But, once we got use to climbing up to the 3rd floor, it was okay.

This cozy and colorful condo was perfect for our family of four. Great water view, especially when a lightening storm moved across the southern sky in the middle of the night. Very well equipped kitchen. The beach stairs plus up three flights to our condo were a good workout! Good location - central to the grocery etc. but nice private beach feel. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Would request this unit again.

The condo is small but great for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and has new appliances. The bathroom was well worn. Easy access to the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. Great location! When we arrived the carpet was really dirty, but they came the next day and clean it. The outside grill was not usable (extremely old).

Beachside Condos were very nice. Our condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We weren't too far from the grocery store and other necessary places. I regret is not reserving an ocean front condo. My only concern is that the rooms are not handicapped assesible. We had a hard time getting the wheelchair up over the thresholds. Other than that it was nice.

Great views of the beach and gulf. Pool was private and relaxing. We had everything that we needed in the condo including a washer and dryer. Condo clean, very conveniently located to everything, and value priced. We definitely will be back.

As before, we love the Beachside condos for many reasons, and foremost is location. The building, besides being right on the beach up close and personal,is walking distance to Seaside, Watercolor, restaurants, and shops, without breaking the bank. Unit 9, which we had this year, (our last stay was in 2007)was on the 3rd floor, which we love for the superior view, and there were some recent updates, mostly in the living room area, that made it very nice. I think the kitchen condition indicates a renovation very soon; and the master suite decor is out of date, though clean and in good condition. We realize this may be the tradeoff for the reasonable price, but would probably reserve a different 3rd floor unit next time. Overall, an excellent value. Garrett, as always, provides efficient and reliable service.

Had a great time and would stay again. Two primary "negatives." First, would have loved to had in-unit laundry. Second, would have been nice if bunk beds had rails. Our kids were too young to use, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, however, loved the unit, how close it was to beach, location, etc. Will definitely use again!

Wonderful week. Nice space and truly "on the beach". Only small issue was noise late at night. Would stay there again and would even buy such a property if some of expenses could be recouped. Space is adequate. View is great. Access to beach is perfect. Great beach walk to Seaside. Service was very good.

The only complaint we had about the condo is the soft spongy mattresses. My husband and I had a very difficult time getting a good nights sleep because the mattresses offer no support. We liked the decor, the furnishings were comfortable, it was in good repair, everything was wonderful. We do not like the traffic in Seagrove Beach in June, very busy.

We stayed in Beachside Condo and had a wonderful trip. Clean and plenty of towels/linens. Had sufficient room for games and puzzles. Great to sit on the balcony and look out over the water. Pool and property were kept very clean. Downsides were: no ice in freezer upon arrival and took to long to make, so stop at the Tom Thumb and get a bag if you plan to use quite a bit; if you plan on cooking, there were no baking sheets and the skillets were not very good, if you have room bring your own; the last was the a/c unit on the balcony, loud (not good for the ambience) and took up too much room.

My husband and I first stayed in Beachside Condo 1 in September 2007. We enjoyed it so much that we returned on June 6, 2009, with our son and his family for another wonderful vacation. It is a beautiful condo very convenient to the beach, and the people at Garrett Realty are extremely friendly and efficient. We hope to return for another week in the future.

We stayed here from May 30th to June 6th and we had an absolute blast. Even though the room isn't gulf front, it still has the best view ever for a gulf side condo. We were still able to wake up every morning and look out at the beach and watch the dolphins. I would recommend this room to anyone who was looking for a nice place to stay away from mainstream beach tourism. It's not a party town and it's wonderful to be able to watch the kids without having to watch who is going to fall over them. It's also still conveniently located close enough to whatever kind of activity from fishing to dining that you can imagine and water parks to boot. I'll come back here every time I get the chance - without a doubt. Garrett realty really takes care of their customers.

This condo was exceptional! Our family of 3 really enjoyed the comforts of the upgraded interiors and the convenience of the beach along with the incredible view of the gulf! Our nightly visit to the nearby seafood market and Brunos Pizza was GREAT. Our daily bike rides to Seaside was so nice and peaceful. The only thing missing in this home were board games or rainy day activities to keep a little one busy, other than that it was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back next year.

Nicely decorated, clean place and right on the beach. I loved being on the 1st floor and walking out the back door, down to the beach. Very easy. Great for place kids or large family (ours had 6). Fully stocked kitchen. Will come again!

Great company to deal with, staff very helpful and professional, condo was exactly as presented online. I liked how the company called me after I made online reservation and the info I recieved in the mail - no confusion, no uncertainity. I will definetly rent with this company again, and probably stay at the same location. Now if you guys can just figure out how to control the weather....paradise!!!!
