Being a ground level unit makes it's wonderful because the bottom level patio does not have a railing around it. Just open the gulf side sliding glass doors and walk out on the patio and down a short boardwalk to the sand and surf. There's also a grassy area where kids can play a game of frisbee. The condo also has 9 foot ceilings which makes the west end unit with lots of extra windows feel very spacious as well as providing lots of sunshine!
