Bella Vista is an "original Seaside cottage" built in 1981 on Tupelo Street. Its quaint beach decor with its oversized screen porch have made it a favorite family destination for many years. Being just the second house on Tupelo puts it only a few steps to the beach pavilion. The cottage sleeps 5 with 2-queen bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, living room, dining room, snack bar and kitchen all on one level. There is a twin rollaway available to sleep the fifth person. Spend your day at the beach or enjoy Seaside's private pool and tennis facilities. If you need more room, add Margarita Days to your reservation. It's Bella Vista's little sister house that sleeps 4 in a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 2-story cottage immediately behind Bella Vista. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rental in season. Parking for 2 cars.
Rate (excluding monthly) includes up to 4 amenity passes to Swim & Tennis Club. If needed, additional pass available for extra charge.
