Two Yellow Birds is a brand new, beautifully decorated vacation house located in the upscale development of the Cottages at Eastern Lake.  There are two neighborhood beach accesses, each about .4 of a mile from the house.  Rent or bring your bikes to enjoy traveling miles of a path that runs alongside Highway 30-A.  There's a public boat launch for Eastern Lake diagonally across the street, which is great for fishing or kayaking.  Centrally located in Seagrove Beach, you're only minutes to Seaside, Watercolor or local shops and restaurants.  The new international airport is only 30 minutes away in Panama City Beach.

This new cottage features a soaring foyer, beautiful open kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, Silestone countertops, modern lighting and a combined dining and living area.  A screened porch off the living area leads to a deck with views of the natural green spaces throughout the area.  There's a queen bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor.  The second floor features a queen bedroom and full-twin bunk bedroom, a full bathroom, an open landing with seating area and a cantilevered balcony overlooking the surrounding natural foliage.  The house is furnished with a coastal decor from Crate and Barrel and colorful fun artwork.  The large community pool is just a short walk away.  It has restrooms, loungers and umbrellas for your family relaxation and enjoyment.
