Sugarbaker's Beach is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-story coastal style house with loads of southern charm making it the perfect choice for your family vacation. Located in a quiet area of Seagrove Beach, this lovely gulf side community offers a shared pool and tennis courts with just a short walk to the beach access.

On the first floor, you'll find 2 king bedrooms with a full bath and laundry room. The open second floor is a large living and dining area that includes a gourmet kitchen with an island style bar. The large porch is a great spot for enjoying soft gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets! Hall bunks for the kids and a full bath are also on the second floor. A grand staircase leads to the third floor where the master suite includes a large, king bedroom and bath, as well as a bonus bedroom with queen sleeper and TV.

The 30-A area offers bike paths, dune lakes and state parks for your outdoor enjoyment. Sugarbaker's Beach is close to shopping, restaurants and local activities including the communities of Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
