Happy Daze

Step back in time and experience Old Seagrove at "Happy Daze". This 1600 square foot gulf-front home is all on one level making it easy access for guests of all ages. It's private beach access is just a few steps out the door to our beautiful white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico. It's comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 9 with a queen bed in the master, a full in the second and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. There's an extra twin bed tucked on the enclosed gulf-front porch. The house has vintage pine-paneling with terrazzo floors making it a classic beach destination. The Timpoochee Trail, an 18 mile bike and walking path that parallels 30-A, runs right by the house. It's a perfect family getaway and only a short stroll or bike ride to Seaside and nearby shops and restaurants.

**THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY:  We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
