Located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, just off Montgomery Street is this comfortable two-story beach house with a large pool. The first level has three bedrooms plus a gathering area and a wet bar. An open wooden staircase joins the first and second floors. The second level features an oversized kitchen with a curved bar, living and dining area and the master bedroom. Second level on one side is a balcony overlooking the pool and on the front side there is a huge porch that gives a wonderful view of the gulf. Wi Fi Internet access, 2 flat screen TV's. **Pool heated seasonally (call for dates). SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL IN SUMMER. Parking for 3 cars only.
