"Among the Oaks" is a two-story 4 bedroom home privately situated within the trees along Highway 30-A in old Seagrove Beach. The large 2nd floor porch off the main living area and master bedroom offers treetop views with incredible sunsets. Just across the street from  the beach access, you're just a few steps to the sugar-white sand beach and crystal clear gulf.

After a full day at the beach, relax by the private, seasonally-heated pool enclosed in its natural surroundings. Barbeque on the grill and dine on the screened porch for a perfect evening as the day winds down.

The spacious home interior is beautifully decorated and offers a master suite on both the first and second floor, each opening to outdoor spaces. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping room for family or guests with a shared bath between the two. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house and there are several additional spaces at the front adjacent to 30-A. The covered front porch and entry are nestled under the oaks and the pathway is illuminated at night for safety and security.

**THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY:  We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
